CGEBM Bioinformatics Training Courses in Spring 2025

Intro to Unix and High Performance Computing (HPC) (online self study, anytime) – Details – Sign up
RNA-seq and Differential Expression (Tu, 25th Feb)  – Details – Sign up 
Microbial Community Analysis (Mon & Tu, 28th & 29th April) – Details – Sign up 
Plotting with R/ggplot2 (Tu, 13th May) – Details – Sign up 

Please note all courses are offered at the Foresterhill campus of the University of Aberdeen, registration closes one week before each course, and the Unix/HPC course or equivalent experience is a pre-requisite for the RNA-seq course, but not in the microbial or plotting courses.
