Dear all,

Edinburgh Genomics (EdGe) and PacBio invite you to a Virtual PacBio Day on Tuesday 16th of March from 2pm.

We’ll have some great talks from EdGe, PacBio, and from our collaborators Richard Kuo (Bioinformatician, Roslin Institute) and Mark Blaxter (Head, Tree of Life Programme, Wellcome Sanger Institute).

About the Event

This event provides you with the opportunity to hear from your peers about their latest discoveries and how highly accurate long-read sequencing (HiFi sequencing) can help answer your toughest biological questions. The Sequel IIe System, available at Edinburgh Genomics, the University of Edinburgh, delivers a comprehensive view of genomes and transcriptomes.

This 2-hour event includes:

·         An introduction to the Sequel IIe System at Edinburgh Genomics

·         Live presentations from researchers using HiFi sequencing

·         Live Q&A to interact with speakers

·         A dedicated session to get your questions about HiFi sequencing answered

·         On-demand tutorials for those new to PacBio

·         The opportunity to connect with your colleagues in the Community

To register, click the banner below or visit here: https://events.pacb.com/virtualpacbioday-edinburgh

We look forward to welcoming you to the Virtual PacBio Day.

With best wishes, Edinburgh Genomics.
