Hi all,

Here are two job openings I am forwarding on behalf of my colleagues that may be relevant for people on the list:

PDRA position at SRUC Aberdeen (BBSRC funded grant -- The UK Crop Microbiome CryoBank project)

https://www.jobs.ac.uk/job/CGW115/post-doctoral-research-assistant-in-bioinformatics-computational-biology-aberdeen

Vacancy for a bioinformatician/ geneticist at Xelect in St Andrews – would suit someone who had (or was finishing) a bioinformatics or (genetics with a bioinformatics component) PhD and wanted a varied and interesting industry job.  The position involves developing bioinformatics pipelines for processing sequence data, and developing and maintaining R packages for  genetic analysis and selections.

cheers

Micha
