Dear all. For all of those who have had some facilitation training in Integrative decision-making I trust you will find the update version of the support diagram helpful. For those of you who have not you could sign up for the next training when it is advertised !

The new version:

Supports the circle to frame negativity as positivity 

Is connect to NextGEN's work through it base in "Inspiration, Support & Action"

Far more colourful and sexy (thanks to Ane Mari)

Remember:

You need training and an organisation with the adopted structure to use this method. Following the steps is not enough. 

Don't use integrative decision making for everything. Use it to empower people and build a culture of trust so they are able to do the needed work in the world.
