nextflow with docker and aws batch

hello, i am trying to use docker to install nextflow and run wf-humansnp workflow on aws batch and i am having trouble with the dockerfile as i try to launch the workflow inside the container it gives me docker not found error so i was wondering about how my dockerfile should look like
