New Admin release

We updated the admin pages last night with a couple new features. The
Database Panel now has two new tabs:

Code Help - This tab allows you to select a table then automatically
generate JavaScript code using the NextDB.net FormBuilder API. This
first draft supports the InsertForm. The code produced it ready to
run, configured with all of your account information. You can
literally copy the code into an empty HTML file and it will run right
out of the box-- and run live inserts into your database. Adding
additional smarts to the form is very easy by referencing the docs:

REST - This tab is very simple at this point, generating a list of
REST URLs for the tables in the selected database. You can click each
REST URL and the results will open in a new browser tab. You can then
follow the documentation on the wiki to drill down to get more
specific data by just editing the URL. See: http://nextdb.net/wiki/en/REST
