So my pre-installed McAfee LiveSafe was gone in my Laptop, I don't know why. This also happened in the same time with my windows security showing only "security at a glance" and blank page (Is this caused by virus?). However I managed to fix the error with windows creation tool.
In order to remove McAfee from your system you want to open windows settings then open the apps category, now in the apps and features tab scroll down until you see McAfee antivirus listed as an app now click on it and then click uninstall then select to allow McAfee make changes to your system and then follow the instructions on the uninstallation wizard (if there is one) to finish uninstalling McAfee.
I FOUND THE ANSWER. Search for the services app with the windows button and open it up. Even if you have McAfee uninstalled it will still show up in here as running! Stop the service, go into its properties and set it to disabled!
Uninstall McAfee software via windows setting. Still if you are getting pop up, remove McAfee extension and plugin. And another ways is to stop pop up is, go to setting > privacy and security > site settings and stop notifications from websites.
