Click on the 'glediator_v2.0.3.zip' link and download it to a folder on your local hard drive. I suggest that you create a install folder in the following location 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Glediator' and extract all the files from the 'glediator_v2.0.3.zip' file you just downloaded. You can start Glediator by a double click on "Glediator.jar" or by using the command "java -jar Glediator.jar" from within a console or create a simple batch file containing the following commands.
I want to be able to control the WS2812 with freely programmable animations, like jinx or glediator (or similar) from a computer. If the computer is off, i would still like to be able to perform simple colour commands and (maybe) some pre-programmed animations. As the lamp is located on the ceiling and i cannot access the wiring, a WIFI solution would be very preferable.
