No vehicle locations for Toronto

This seems to be an intermittent issue, sometimes the feed returns vehicles and other times of day the API returns an empty list. This has been a problem for about a week now. Is there any information available about this?

I've been seeing this too for a=ttc and I've had a few customer complaints. I think it has been happening since Monday morning. It's working at the moment but was unavailable this morning. So a request such as publicXMLFeed?command=vehicleLocations&a=ttc&r=511&t=0 has been returning no vehicles sometimes.
