Why is NYC MTA still listed in the XML?

One of my users just reported to me that the Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island agencies were working until yesterday. I explained that this was a long-expected change and that nextbus.com no longer lists them.

Then I checked the API:

http://webservices.nextbus.com/service/publicXMLFeed?command=agencyList

still lists these agencies:

<agency tag="bronx" title="NYC MTA - Bronx" regionTitle="New York"/>

<agency tag="brooklyn" title="NYC MTA - Brooklyn" regionTitle="New York"/>

<agency tag="staten-island" title="NYC MTA - Staten Island" regionTitle="New York"/>

Please remove them. My app relies on this list to be accurate when users select supported agencies.
