Hi @Ashley Hopkin Disney Plus is listed as being compatible with most 2016 TV's and newer models. However as it worked before should be fine. -GB/article/disneyplus-samsung-tv Error codes can be caused by unstable internet connections, a more long lasting fix may be achieved by rebooting both the Tv and router (via unplugging). Leave it for 30 seconds and then reconnect.

Same problem for me. I have two Samsung smart TVs in the house, different models. Disney+ works fine on one but not on the other. I can see all the menus etc., but when I press play to watch I get the "something went wrong" error message. Resetting the smart TV hub fixed the problem but then it returned again. Like the previous poster I don't want to have to do this every time.

This started happening about a month ago. Been on the phone to Disney+ several times and all they can tell me is that it's a known issue with some Samsung smart TVs. Hope for a fix soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

Hi, did anyone find a solution to this as my TV, 49KS9000, has had this issue for the last couple of days. No help from either Disney or Samsung. All other streaming apps work and my other Samsung TV can still use DisneyPlus.

I think it's just a question of sitting this one out and waiting for it to get fixed. Disney+ are aware of the issue. As stated in my previous message, for me it started working again after a few weeks.

All other apps work fine, netflix, youtube, prime etc. Disney plus works on out roku and other smart TV's. The TV has been factory reset countless times, different internet connections tries, different dns settings tried. Wired and wireless network connections tried. The TV's firmware has upgraded.

Hi, I have a Disney Plus subscription. From today it says Disney plus is no longer available on this Roku device. Anyone else have this? Does it mean can no longer watch it on the now tv device? Thanks

One thing to be aware of is that the original chrome cast is on its last legs, and will soon no longer be supported - as google are due to stop updates soon - it may also not work with now. so avoid any offers or dirt cheap prices.

probably the cheapest, but will also probably be a little sluggish and slow to load a few things - however the speed aspect will only be noticeable if you use other streaming devices, also no 4K support (1080 max resolution) and a basic IR remote

Argos also have the Express for 30 ( not much of a step up over the SE) with the 4K version also at 30, the stream bar on offer for 60 and the 4K stick for 50 Streambar and stick also feature TV volume controls on the same remote

I own both Roku and fire stick, my personal preference is for the roku as the layout is cleaner - a basic list of tiles representing the various apps ( such as iplayer/now/disney plus) which you can re-order as you please and not much else, where as the fire sticks/devices put amazon content front and centre and are designed for you to buy content from amazon complete with a preview/video paying in the main menu screen and the various apps getting far less prominence
