Hello, I need to activate exactly ESET Nod32 Business Edition x5 (it was buy earlier in 2020, several kits in the SNG, ESET Nod32 Business Edition x5)
Since I bought it officially, and the cost for the product was paid in full.
I have a question, where can I apply for a purchased/purchased ESET Nod32 Business Edition x5 product?
I purchased the product in good faith, and I am not in Russia or even in the SNG countries.
I am not in any of the countries (Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia.)
Before the expiration of the license, I used the product perfectly and everything suited me, namely:
Downloaded an update for 1 workstation without Internet (Windows 7 x32, hardware requiring a 32-bit version is installed)
I have 1 own server (very old and officially purchased Windows 2008 R2)
And also 3 more workstations, so I bought the ESET Nod32 Business Edition x5 kit.
I don't need any other product as I was happy with everything and everything worked great.
That is, it was enough for me to login and password + license file for the server part.

P.S. Technical support request, do not forward my question to Russian technical support, as they offer pro32 instead (which works disgustingly, because friends made a mistake and agreed to a replacement), and also Thai technical support offers me to purchase the product again, for which I have already paid in full business license for 5 devices.

You probably did not understand, I have a new box with the product in the photo, when I opened it, there is an activation key, but it does not activate, and it is suggested to contact technical support.

Please provide the activation code starting with "RU71-". However, since it was issued by the former Russian distributor and ESET stopped selling in Russia in March 2022, I'm not sure if we'll be able to help.

"You are currently signed in as 'Eric D******' . In order to complete the activation of a different user, you must first sign out of your current session by selecting the sign out option below. Once you have signed out, please start your activation process again."

"You must activate your online account credentials before you sign in. For details on how to activate your account credentials, please refer to the activation email you received. If you are unable to locate your activation email, please contact a manager of this online account to request another invitation."

As VBSSP-Rich was referring to, if you activate the business portal with a non Comcast hosted email the portal will send that email an activation email. In order to complete activation you would need to login to the email you used to activate the portal with and clock on the activation link email. I was able to see on your account which user was stuck in pending activation and I activated it.

I believe that error message you are receiving refers to you going to that actual existing email account in the host email application and open the Business Class Portal (BCP) Email that was sent there as the authentication part of the new BCP email generation.

I am experiencing the same issue trying to set-up one of my employees. She gets an error message when shee attempts to activate her account. I tried activating her user id for her. I used the link in the email she received. I entered her email address and temp password. I get an Oops error...indicating that I am logged in as my employee's name and that I need to logout and use the link to activate her login.

I wanted to create a business account but in the process changed my mind. I didn't complete the account activation. Now I want to delete the account. How can I do it? The system wouldn't let me into the account settings until I activate the account.

The COVID-19 pandemic has left significant increases in commercial corridor vacancy rates across the City. Brick and mortar businesses that rely on foot traffic to drive sales were particularly harmed as commercial corridors across the city saw major reductions in economic activity.

Fourteen (14) community and economic development organizations have been awarded grants as part of the Small Business Storefront Activation Program. These selected organizations will work with small business owners and landlords to provide rapid relief to small businesses by activating vacant storefronts into burgeoning business spaces. The goal of the Small Business Storefront Activation Program is to boost local spending and draw additional foot traffic to commercial corridors across the City.

Your account may not be able to be activated until your website contains the necessary information about your business. Once your website is complete with all products you are selling listed, update the URL in your Dashboard.

Stripe might require you to confirm you own the website. You'll receive an email and a notification in your Stripe Dashboard if this is required. See Website ownership verification during Stripe account application.

Device Activation
After successful order completion, to activate service on device ensure the device is connected to Wi-Fi to download the eSIM Profile. (Note: The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Series are capable of activating without Wi-Fi, however, Wi-Fi is preferred for eSIM activation.)

Order Shipment and Device Activation
After successful order completion, the new Android eSIM primary device order is shipped from Verizon, and an acknowledgment SMS will be sent to the wireless number on the source device the user is switching from...

When the new eSIM primary device is received, turn on the device (the device upgrading too), navigate through the Setup Wizard and connect to Wi-Fi (Note: The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, and Samsung Galaxy S24 Series are capable of activating without Wi-Fi, however, Wi-Fi is preferred for eSIM activation). After initializing and completing setup, the following screen will appear.

Enter 6-digit Activation Code into the new device (Authorization Code Prompt), and Tap on Done in lower right-hand corner of device to proceed with eSIM download (See Image of Confirmation Code Entry Screen below)

In this use-case scenario, because the source device is compromised in some manner, the ability to leverage the activation code security feature is not possible. This will restrict the user from proceeding with the automated self-sufficient activation process. The device recipient or the Account Administrator will need to contact the Verizon Business Activation Support Line @ 877.807.4646 for assistance to complete the device activation.

An eSIM is an embedded SIM inside your device. With eSIM, there's no physical SIM card that you need to insert. Simply turn on the new device, connect to Wi-Fi, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation.\r\nLike a traditional SIM card, the eSIM stores data that is needed for your device to connect to and use the Verizon network. \r\n"}},"@type":"Question","name":"What do I do if I cannot use or access Wi-Fi to activate the eSIM?","acceptedAnswer":"@type":"Answer","text":"At this time, Wi-Fi is required to complete most eSIM activations.
