Hi All:

Everyone on this email participated in a cohort of Coro's Next Neighborhood Leadership program. I've had the great privilege of getting to know you all. I hope you are well.

I'm writing with an invitation related to another Coro program. We are in the process of recruiting the 2019-20 cohort of Coro Fellows in Public Affairs. Since 1999, the Coro Fellowship has led 12 young professionals through a rigorous, nine-month, experiential learning process. Fellows learn to lead and collaborate across sectors and boundaries, and produce solutions to complex problems.

On March 9, 2019, we’ll convene a select and diverse group of civic leaders to serve as judges for our candidates. The daylong selection process includes simulated group exercises and individual interviews where judges observe and interact with 36 finalists chosen from a very competitive national pool. As a judge, you will assess each candidate's leadership potential, intellect, character, experience, and commitment to public service. We will provide all the materials and training you’ll need; all we ask is for your time and good judgment.

Would you consider serving as a judge on Selection Day on March 9, 2019? (Thanks to those of you who have already signed up!) In order to fairly evaluate the candidates, we ask judges to make a full-day commitment, 8:00am-5:00pm. We’ll provide breakfast & lunch.
