Welcome to the Next Leaders Northside Group!
Next Leaders Northside is a Community-Based Leadership program of Coro Pittsburgh. The goals of Coro Next Leaders are to:
- Identify community challenges ahead and the leadership qualities needed to navigate those challenges successfully
- Identify and leverage leadership talent already existing in the community
- Establish a multi-generational network of leaders capable of advancing the community's vision
- Strengthen collaboration and improve performance of community leadership
- Help people get into the right roles at all levels of the community.
Coro Next Leaders is a 12-month program for leaders who have a passion for making a difference in their communities. From July 2012 to June 2013, Next Leaders is focused on the Northside.The program structure includes multi-generational mentorship, leader development workshops, civic strategy sessions, an individual strategic plan, a leadership project, and an "affiliate" board membership.
