I had the opportunity to attend the January 25th Ambit Energy 2008
Kick Off at the Sheraton LaGuardia East in New York. The two free
Training Sessions Consultants were invited to attend through their
Ambit Energy Back Office Power Zone were each SOLD OUT one week in
advance. Admission was free. The highlights are posted below.

The 2008 Kick Off in New York for Ambit Energy took a look at the

Those who are already Consultants in this business should already
making money. If not, you own your business for life and have only
lost a little time. Consultants were encouraged to get started now
telling people about their business, how they can save money on energy
and how to get free travel just for signing up. There is no inventory,
no product to carry and customers experience a guaranteed seamless
change, in service.

Presenters explained how Ambit Energy Customers still get billing and
service from their current energy provider only with the additional
perks you give away to them. Customers are Guaranteed Satisfaction and
savings with 7% off their bill for the first 65 days and 1-2 % tax off
their total bill. There is also no tax charged on delivery costs. If
by the end of their first year, customers have not saved, a check will
be mailed to them for the difference.

Presenters pointed out that those who had not signed up yet, are
losing time and money. Time passes by whether you use it or not. We
have an opportunity to take part in the greatest redistribution of
wealth ever seen as a result of the deregulation of energy by the U.S.
Government. The current monthly cost for Consultant Web Sites and
Power Zone with free voicemail is $19.95 per month. Every Consultant
who has joined previously and who signs up BEFORE February 15th, 2008
is and will be "Grandfathered" in at the lower price for life.
Starting February 15th however, the monthly cost will go up to $24.95
per month.

Ambit Energy has developed they said, a way that everyday people like
you and I can save money on our gas and electric bills as well as own
our own businesses and make money just by helping others to do the
same. In addition to saving money, customers get free travel packages
as well at no extra cost.

Ambit Energy Consultants have had great opportunities to earn and grow
their businesses throughout 2007 with triple and double bonus
incentives and more. The Power Zone Back Office which is already a
great tool and source with income tracking, customer information,
Consultant information, Consultant referrals, custom flyers for each
state for Customers and Consultants, Affiliate tracking and flyers for
organizations, the online store, numerous presentations, nationwide
meeting schedules, Ambit University, Conference Call ins, Customer and
Consultant service and so much more, grew.

We got even more in 2007! New custom flyers, new presentations, free
voice mail, direct deposit, web site visitor notifications, new
marketing tools, DVD's, "in business magazine", magnets, power cards,
more trips for customers and new web sites in addition to the initial

In 2007 some of the new Marketing Consultant web sites were made
available in English and Spanish. This improvement will continue to
expand in 2008 and more languages will be added as well. The Power
Zone currently has presentations in Chinese, English, Spanish and
Vietnamese. The Power Zone now has more features, Customer and
Consultant Support has been expanded and more. Customers also have
their own web sites too. The new and improved personal site for
customers is detailed below.

Scott aka "Who's Your Daddy" for those who attended Ambition 2007 was
a Presenter as well as co-founders Jere Thompson and Chris Chambless
were joined by Steve Thompson, Brian McClure and Carlos Marin. They
each spoke about the company progress, new changes, and company as
well as Consultant goals.

Currently operating in Texas, New York, Westchester and Illinois,
Ambit Energy is a nationwide energy company whose discounted power is
supplied through the largest provider of natural gas in America, Shell
Energy Trading, the 3rd largest corporation in the world with a 360
billion dollar per year industry. That is, 1 billion dollars per day!

Ambit Energy got started in Texas only eighteen months ago. New York
launched on June 4th, 2007, six months ago and Illinois will launch
within the next week in February 2008. Although the company is young,
the company is run by people with long term and reputable experiences
in running large corporate businesses.

Co-founder Jere Thompson's spoke about how his Grandfather and family
founded the 7Eleven Stores and the Southland Corporation. Jere
Thompson also has owned his own successful corporation. Co-founder
Chris Chambless' experience stems from his background and success in
the Excel Corporation. In the last 18 months Ambit Energy has grown
from four Marketing Consultants with customers in one state to 22,000
Consultants all over who have customers in Texas, New York and now
Illinois. This is a nation wide energy business and more states will
be added as Ambit Energy continues to expand.

number which is their Ambit Customer Account Number, each Customer
Referral website address using their own Ambit Account number in place

All referrals made by customers and entered on their web site count
toward a Customer's free cruise reward package. 5 referrals within the
first 60 days of their account becoming energized earns each referrer
the travel reward. 10 referrals within the given time frame will
double the reward. All referred customers are added to the initial
signing Consultants Power Zone.

THE NEW YORK CLOCK HAS BEEN RESET!!!

All current customers in New York whose first 60 days have already
gone by now have e new start of 60 days which have already started to
make referrals by April 15th, 2008!

Customers can use their site to invite friends to join as well as to
through a new feature, send out emails to their contacts as well! In
addition to you telling them about their own web site, Customers will
receive notification by email when they are first signed up and will
be receiving inserts with their energy bills from Con Edison and also
additional Email notifications from Ambit Energy. NEW informational
packets of 40 are available to Consultants in the Power Zone online
store too.

It is very important for Consultants to include an email address when
gathering customer information. Email is used to keep customers
informed and to notify them about new incentives and account
information.

Right now, there is a contest for Consultants currently in progress.
The top 100 Consultants with the most Personal Referrals will win 4
travel packages including 4 Fly Away plus 3 more. Scott's Presentation
will be made available in the Power Zone starting Monday, January
28th, 2008.

Call Center Expansion

The Ambit Energy Call Center has now separated Consultant and Customer
Support. English AND Spanish Operators are available to assist you. In
some cases they might take your information and get back to you later
as this area is new and expanding. It is more important for you to get
a right answer than a fast answer to your questions and concerns.

Ambit University

Ambit University will be expanding in March 2008 with even more
innovative training added to the current Marketing Consultant Training
available now in the Power Zone.

The new presentation includes the new monthly pricing for the Power
Zone and Web Sites. It maps out the areas covered in the US on a map
that shows current states of operation, New York, Texas and Illinois.
Other states undergoing deregulation to be included later will be
shown there in a different color as well. The new and old
presentations will both be available for a while in the Power Zone.
Note however that the new presentation has additional information as
well as the new pricing that takes effect on February 15th, 2008. If
you are not yet a Consultant, you are encouraged to join before that
date to get the lower web sites and Power Zone access with free
voicemail price of $19.95 per month for life. All Consultants who join
after February 15th, 2008 will be required to pay $24.95 per month.

This is a 500 billion dollar business. How much is 500 Billion? Carlos
Marin pointed out that 500 billion seconds ago, it was 1959. 500
billion minutes ago it was the time Jesus was here and 500 billion
hours ago was the time of the dinosaurs.

500 billion dollars is quite a bit of money and a small portion of
that which can be earned by you just by becoming an Ambit Energy
Marketing Consultant, who owns and operates your own Network Marketing
Company in Energy Deregulation, can be quite substantial.

Brian McClure pointed out that this is the kind of business where you
get paid for what you start, not for what you do. This is a duplicable
business that has the potential to grow both your Customer and
Consultant down line exponentially. Everybody uses gas and
electricity. Gas and electricity are unconsciously purchased and are
habitually used. Energy is a need, not a want or a wish. Promoting
yourself in this business to higher earning levels through team
building is the key. Recognition to those who had achieved promotions
was given by asking those at each level to stand up and be recognized.

How much money do you need to earn in order to comfortably pay all of
your bills and to have enough to live on every month? Write that
number down. Now work your Ambit Energy business until you are
bringing in that amount in residual income every month. In addition,
when you reach that point, you will also be earning additional
Leadership Bonuses and more as well. You can then spend your time
doing anything that you want.

The customer gets energy at below the retail price

Energy is a product used by everyone.

Everyone understands and knows energy products, electricity and gas.

Consultants do not collect any money.

There is no change on how the customer buys or pays for their service.

Customers get free trips, travel packages and travel points.

The Presenters had a recurring theme about re launching New York.
