Travel Rewards Program vs. Customer Referral Program

The Ambit Travel Rewards Program gives new customers 2,000 Bonus
Points just for enrolling with Ambit Energy. Customers earn Travel
Rewards Points for the energy they use, one point for every kilowatt-
hour (electricity customers) and one point for every therm (natural
gas customers).

These Travel Rewards Points can be accumulated over time and redeemed
for a choice of nine different travel packages. It only takes 25,000
points to become eligible to redeem the "Discount Carnival Cruise."
Five travel packages are valued at 45,000 points each. It takes
100,000 points to earn the "Grand Sports Getaway" or the "Platinum
Passport." Customers need 250,000 points to earn "Putting On The
Ritz."

The Ambit Customer Referral Program offers your customers the
opportunity to earn their choice of six of the travel packages
mentioned above without accumulating Travel Rewards Points. (For
information on these six packages, please visit www.ambittravel.com.)
Customers can qualify to redeem their choice of these six travel
packages by referring five of their friends who enroll for Ambit
Energy service and whose accounts remain active for 60 days. Each time
a customer refers five friends who enjoy active Ambit Energy service
for 60 days, they earn their choice of one of these six travel
packages. So, ten successful referrals equals a choice of two travel
packages; fifteen equals three travel packages, etc.
