How to use PowerLine Voicemail.
At Ambition 2007 we announced a powerful new tool to help Consultants
communicate with each other and to receive important and timely
updates from the company. It's called PowerLine and every Consultant
in Ambit Energy has a voice mailbox on the system right now!
Here's how to log in via the web and check your voicemail.
The first time you log in:
* Log in to your Power Zone back office using your Consultant ID
and Password.
* Click on the PowerLine menu link at the top of the Power Zone
Home Page. The PowerLine link appears between the menu links for Ambit
University and the Sales Aids Store.
* Now you're at the PowerLine LOGIN page.
* In the Phone Number field, type in this Phone Number: (712)
432-9444
Gold and Platinum users, type in your assigned toll-free number.
* Where it says Company ID/Extension, type in the numeric portion
of your Consultant ID number (all the numbers without the "C").
Gold and Platinum Service users, you do not need to type in your
Consultant ID number.
* Where it says Access Code, type in 1234. This is your password
for your first login. You may change it to any four-digit numeral once
you're in the PowerLine system.
* Click Login.
You're in! Now you can check your voicemail messages.
Here's how to log in via your phone and check your voicemail.
The first time you log in:
1. Basic Service users, call this phone number: (712) 432-9444
Gold and Platinum users, call your assigned toll-free number.
2. Basic Service users, type in the numeric portion of your
Consultant ID number (all the numbers without the "C").
Gold and Platinum users, press the star key *.
3. Basic users, listen to a brief overview and select a 4-digit
PIN#.
First-time Gold and Platinum users, enter "1234" as your
password; otherwise enter the PIN# you selected during your first log-
in.
You're in! Now you can check your voicemail messages.
Click here to log in to your Power Zone back office.
Type in your Consultant ID Number and Password, and click Log On. (New
Consultants: Your Consultant ID and Password are contained in the
confirmation e-mail you received when you joined the business.)
