Dear Ambit Independent Consultants,

Everything we do should be measured against our goal to be the finest,
most-respected company in our industry. Today, that requires a change
to our Illinois pre-launch strategy.

Our original strategy was simple: to provide interested parties with
information about Ambit's marketing model, and to allow them to join
and to begin building their own team with a fully-refundable deposit.

Instead, many people elected to pay $399 to become a Marketing
Consultant. In order to trigger JumpStart bonuses, however, these
consultants currently have to obtain customers residing in either New
York or Texas. While personally gathering customers in other states is
a wonderful opportunity to expand your business, Ambit's Policies and
Procedures prohibit the buying and selling of customers.

To minimize any sense of urgency to gather customers in other states,
Ambit is implementing the following changes for those living in
Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Michigan
who became marketing consultants within the past 28 days and who have
not yet triggered a JumpStart Bonus:

JumpStart Deadline Extended for Existing Consultants
We are temporarily halting the customer gathering deadline clock. This
is similar to a timeout in a game. Once we launch in Illinois, we will
restart the Jump Start Bonus clock. For example, if you currently have
six days left of your initial 28 days to qualify for Jump Start 1, you
will still have six days on your clock on the day we launch Illinois.

JumpStart Deadline Postponed for New Consultants
We encourage new prospects to join the pre-launch team under the fully-
refundable deposit option as originally designed. Beginning today,
however, for all those in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa,
Wisconsin, Kentucky and Michigan who still choose to pay $399 to
become a Marketing Consultant, the JumpStart Bonus clock will not
start until the Illinois launch date. For example, if one of your
prospects joins the business next week by electing to purchase the
$399 optional Support and Service program, their JumpStart Bonus clock
will not begin to count down until our official Illinois launch date.
Bonuses will be paid according to the promotion in effect during the
month the customers are gathered, not the month the Consultant joined
Ambit.

Customer Requirements for Promotion
Marketing Consultants must gather a specific number of personal
customers to promote to leadership levels. For all Consultants living
in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Michigan
who joined Ambit on or after November 1, 2007, we are suspending those
customer requirements until our official Illinois launch. At that
time, you will be given a specified time period to meet the personal
customer requirements for the leadership position you have attained
during the pre-launch period.

Never buy customers from anyone, and never sacrifice integrity for
growth. We are sincere when we say that our goal is to become the
finest and most respected energy provider in the country. We encourage
you to build your organization the old fashioned way, through honesty
and hard work. It is your responsibility to conduct your business in
adherence to Ambit's policies.
