I am thrilled to invite you to a special event we are hosting in Rochester, NY, this Friday, November 21st (apologies for the last-minute invite!). Thanks, Frank, for the nudge to send to this group!

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week Rochester, my company, Beyond Ownership, was asked to host Exit & Succession: Planning Your Next Chapter on Friday, November 21st - a half-day event exploring how business owners can plan for the future while keeping their purpose, people, and legacy rooted locally.

We’ll look at the many ways leaders transition their businesses, including one that’s gaining momentum across Rochester: employee ownership.

Whether you’re curious about EO or already living it, this event will spark fresh ideas and connections:

• Business owners exploring EO: learn how it works as a succession strategy and meet peers who’ve already made the leap.
