Hi, FYI this program from CDI is open to New York businesses, and is great for those that are considering a worker co-op transition, or are in the midst of one.

Cooperative Development Institute

 

The Cooperative Development Institute (CDI) is once again running their annual Participatory Management Initiative (PMI) cohort starting January 2026 and concluding in June 2026. This cohort consists of seven two hour sessions, occurring approximately every 3-4 weeks, designed to encourage participatory management practices in Massachusetts workplaces. This program is for cooperative and non cooperative managers alike who wish to bolster their skill sets in decision making, delegation, feedback, open book management, and human resources management. A Spanish cohort is available as well, which runs simultaneously. For more information on the English or Spanish versions, please visit our website.
