Hi All,

Sorry to contact you all on such short notice. As you all may have heard, a bill to arm Virginia school officers with stun guns has been advancing quickly: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/feb/16/bill-advances-to-arm-va-school-officers-with-stun-/

The bill is set for a hearing in full committee tomorrow morning at 8:30 AM. Our members, Kate Duvall and Jeree Thomas of Just Children in VA are working to help coordinate testimony against the bill.  If you have any contacts in the who might be willing to come and testify it would be hugely helpful.  Any law enforcement connections who may be opposed to the legislation would also be welcomed.
