Zoning Hearing Board meeting re: Old Acme site July 2

Attention Newtown residents!!

 

The Newtown Township Zoning Hearing Board is continuing its hearing on the Promenade development for the old Acme site on Thursday evening July 2 at 7:30. Meetings are held in the lower level of the Township admin building - same room as the supervisors meetings.

 

Please plan to attend to hear first hand the case made for and against the development. The ZHB is expected to vote that evening on whether to approve the 8 variances being requested by the developer (McGrath). If the variances are approved to the satisfaction of McGrath, then they will then proceed to get land development approval from the Board of Supervisors.
