I am looking for content for a newsletter. I was think that it would
be good to explore real estate markets in SF, where to buy, where to
sell, and when to stay and improve your existing home. How to decide?
What remodels add value and which really don't? What might add value
to home shoppers in the SF market that may not elsewhere?(are we more
concerned with aesthetics and artsy stuff?)
