ERROR in calculation of spectrum using Gaussian-09 DFT.

Dear NX-expert,
I am new to this NX calculation, I am just trying to get the simulation spectrum by following the tutorial in chapter 4. But I encountered a problem at just initial state of calculation and not able to solve it. I am very new to this Newton-X. Kindly help me, I will be grateful to you.
The errors were coming as:
> $NX/initcond.pl >initcond.log &
> cp: cannot stat 'epot0.2': No such file or directory
cp: cannot stat 'oos.2': No such file or directory
initcond.pl: is dying now
Job 1, '$NX/initcond.pl >initcond.log &' has ended
cp: cannot stat 'oos.2': No such file or directory
initcond.pl: is dying now
Job 1, '$NX/initcond.pl >initcond.log &' has ended
I am hereby attaching the screenshots of the errors.
