Internal coordinates file not generated in NewtonX tutorial

Hi! I'm currently trying to learn how to use NewtonX (2.6) with Gaussian16 and I got to the last part of chapter 4 in the tutorial. After the wavefunction statistical analysis I've tried to perform the analysis over the internal coordinates as stated in the tutorial, only to find out that the prop.3 file was generated, but empty. It contained no information. 

I looked for the error file, and it stated 'cannot open TRAJ1/RESULTS/intec...' and so on for all the other trajectories I've included in the analysis. 

Looking into the RESULTS folder, there was no intec file. 

In the tutorial, it's written that  the internal coordinates are defined in the intcfl file in the JOB_NAD directory. The problem is that I can't find that directory nowhere. It did not generate at any point, not during the input setting, nor during the trajectories generation, not when I run the dynamic simulations. 

This strikes me as really strange since everything else worked out just fine and I recall there even was an explicit option that asked me if I wanted to generate the internal coordinates file, to which I answered 'y'. 

Does anyone have any idea of what might be happening?
