Over the course of the past several weeks, the Newton Police
Department has received several reports of burglaries to residences
and motor vehicles. The police department is urging residents to make
sure that they secure their homes and vehicles. With the warmer
months approaching, it is important to remember to not leave any
ground floor windows unsecure and open when you are not home. The
Newton Police are asking anyone to report any suspicious persons or
activities.
