On Sunday, July 19, 2009 at 9:39p.m., Newton Police responded to the
area of Emmons Avenue for a report of a suspicious vehicle. The
vehicle in question had reportedly been observed in the area on
several occasions in recent days and was suspected of being invovled
in criminal activity.

Investigation by responding officers revealed that the vehicle
contained two female occupants who were identified as Danielle
Radiola, age 19, of Kings Village, Budd Lake, NJ and Krystal Rossi,
age 21 of Clinton Street, Newton, NJ. Subsequently, Rossi was found
to be in possession of a plastic bag of marijuana (under 50g) and a
cherry blunt cigar which was admittedly going to be used to smoke the
marijuana. Radiola acknowledged that she was aware that the CDS was
in her vehicle but denied ownership of the marijuana.

As a result, Rossi was charged with the following offenses before
being released from custody.
N.J.S. 2C:35-10A(4) Possession of CDS
N.J.S. 2C:36-2 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Radiola was issued a motor vehicle summons for 39:4-49.1 (CDS in a
motor vehicle) and released.

Case pending an appearance in Newton Muniicpal Court.
