On 8/20/09 at 7:48p.m., Newton Police were summoned to the Rite-Aid
parking Lot at 237 Spring Street, Newton for a report of a large fight
in progress. Upon arrival it was learned that the following
individuals had been involved in the disturbance.

John Presher, age 38, of Hamilton Street, Newton, N.J.
Brandon Corey, age 18, of Newton Avenue, Branchville, N.J.
Edward Lee Sr., age 44, of Passaic Avenue, Ogdensburg, N.J.
LeeAnne Lee, age 41, of Liberty Street, Newton, N.J.
Edward Lee Jr., age 20, of Lakeside Blvd, Lake Hopatcong, N.J.

Subsequent investigation revealed that Presher had been assaulted by
Edward Lee Sr. and Edward Lee Jr. in the parking lot of Rite-Aid.
Leanne Lee and Brandon Corey (Presher's step-son) also became engaged
in the fight. All four were charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Lee Jr. was additionally charged with Aggravated Assault (4th Degree)
after it was learned that he had punched an off-duty police officer in
the face after he had identified himself as a law enforcement officer
before attempting to intervene and stop the altercation.

Brandon Corey, Edward Lee Sr., LeeAnne Lee, Edward Lee Jr. were all
served with summons complaints, processed and released pending an
apprearance in Newton Municipal Court.

John Presher was transported to Newton Memorial Hospital for a
complaint of pain to his rib area. He was treated and released.

Investigating Officers: Ptl. Jason Miller, Sgt. Michael Monaco, Ptl.
Dan Smith, Special Officer Pat Abello assisted by members of the
Andover Twp. Police and New Jersey State Police.
