We are thrilled to announce the launch of the very first Boston-Strasbourg Photography Challenge!
"We" means not only the small team of project leaders who envisioned this exciting initiative but also the larger organizations that have fostered the Boston, MA – Strasbourg, France sister-city relationship since 1960. This initiative is proudly supported by Alsace-USA in Strasbourg and the Boston-Strasbourg Sister City Association in Boston—two associations dedicated to creating meaningful connections through cultural exchanges, events, and collaborations.
Our sister-city programs span a variety of interests, from music and sports to professional and student exchanges. This time, however, we’re inviting everyone to participate—whether you're a seasoned photographer or simply enjoy snapping pictures on your smartphone!
Join us in this unique challenge to capture your city through a lens and share your vision with others across the Atlantic. Selected photographs may even be featured in a prestigious public exhibition in both cities!
The
photographs will be judged for: interpretation of the
theme, photographic elements and technical
requirements.
So, grab your camera, tell your friends, and celebrate spring with us through photography. We can’t wait to see your perspectives!
