Hi all,

Please see below the email from Michael Gruenbaum who brought this program from the US Holocaust Memorial Museum to my attention.

Warmly, Tatjana

I wanted to bring this program to your attention.  Also, after working on this for the past five years, I finally got publishers in Holland and Italy to translate and publish my book, “Somewhere There Is Still a Sun”,  in their languages.  So by the end of the year my book will become available in 16 languages and more to come.

Have a great summer!

Best,

Michael

After fleeing Nazism, many Jews concealed their identities to survive and protect their loved ones. Following the war, these Holocaust survivors and their descendants struggled to find those left behind. Learn how personal artifacts help families piece together their past. View our event page for the full list of speakers, including a Holocaust survivor, a genealogy specialist, and the Museum’s longtime chief acquisitions curator, moderated by CNN's Bianna Golodryga.

Registration is required for this virtual program. The filmmakers have graciously made The Seven Boxes available to our audience for a limited time. The link for the documentary is for personal use only and may not be transferred.
