Anyone interested in the $149 group rate for duct/dryer cleaning?

We recently had our vents and dryer vents cleaned with Michael, and I’m really impressed with the service! A friend recommended this company, and now I understand why — they were professional, did a thorough job, and our airflow feels so much better. We had allergy issues at home, so this cleaning was really important for us, and the dust problem we’ve been dealing with is finally under control. They even mentioned our vents might never have been cleaned before! It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes — you can literally hear and feel the system running smoother.
They normally charge $400, but if 3–4 houses join together, it’s only $149 per house for one furnace, they’ll coordinate scheduling around what works best for us. We’re currently scheduling a dryer vent cleaning with Michael, and if a few more neighbors are interested, we can get a group discount. Normally this service costs $399, but with multiple homes it drops to $149 per home. Cleaning your dryer vent is really important because lint and dust buildup can become a serious fire hazard if not maintained properly. We’ve used this service before, and they do an excellent job. (They also offer duct cleaning and chimney cleaning if needed)
