I was wondering if it is possible to get a download link to the previous stable version of volumio so that I can install a working pirate audio plugin for the meantime until the next stable version of volumio is released. I think the last stable is 3.546 or 3.512 according to -changelog/1446.

Thanks a lot for a good work.
I have a problem after the last update Volumio- 3.569.
Until now my Pirate audio module worked well but after the update I lost my display and buttons.
When I hit play from the web I can hear the sound but very low. And of course buttons do not function as well as the possibility to increase the volume from the browser.
Tried to reinstall the OS but got the same problem
If you can help with this will be most appreciated.
Thanks.
Regards,
Tiho

Go to the plugins menu again and under installed plugins click on Pirate Audio settings. The GPIO for Y-button depends on pirate audio hat type and not on raspberry pi type / model. For mine is on 24
dac options 328721058 162 KB

Pause button works as expected when using spotify connect (via spotify plugin) but when using the play button (after a pause) the audio is switched from spotify to the last audio file played from internal storage. Using the play button from either the volumio mobile app or web interface works properly however (it will play from spotify instead of internal storage). Tested on volumio version 3.546 and 3.584

This ends up playing havoc with audio playback as sometimes both internal audio and spotify are trying to play at once. As well as this the web interface and app have the controls for spotify rather than the internal audio which is playing after the button press so there is sometimes no way to pause the internal audio easily.

The story is about Moo-chi (Kang Ha-neul), the head of the bandits, who claims to be the best swordsman in Goryeo, and Hae-rang (Han Hyo-joo), the owner of a pirate ship that conquered the sea. Although they are destined to be together on the same boat, they continue their windless voyage, bumping into each other in the mountains and seas, from birth to opposite extremes. One day, while clearing the pirate ship, they find out that the treasure of the royal family that disappeared without a trace is hidden somewhere, and they set out ona dangerous adventure in search of the largest treasure that will never be seen again in their pirate life. But they weren't the only ones after the missing treasure. Bu Heung-soo (Kwon Sang-woo), a traitor who will do anything to get what he wants, alsojumps into the sea to claim the treasure.

In December 2018, the production of sequel to 2014 film The Pirates was announced. The film is directed by Kim Jeong-hoon, originally scheduled for the return of Kim Nam-gil and Son Ye-jin, and was expected to start filming in June 2019.[14] In March 2019, Lee Kwang-soo joined the cast replacing Yoo Hae-jin, the member of original film cast.[15] Due to various reasons and schedule conflicts of main leads, the filming was cancelled in May 2019. It took another ten months for producers to modify the script, cast the actors, and start the film with a new story.[16]

In March 2020 it was reported that Kang Ha-neul was considering to appear in the film.[17] Han Hyo-joo reunited with Kang Ha-Neul, as she confirmed her casting in the film, marking her return to cinema after two years since Illang: The Wolf Brigade.[18] In April 2020, Chae Soo-bin joined the cast of the film.[19] In June 2020 the cast line-up of the film was completed and filming was planned to start in July.[8]

Filming began in July 2020,[20] and concluded in January 2021.[21] In September 2020, a staff member of the special effects team was tested positive for COVID-19, but other members were found negative. Previously the schedule was also delayed due to the rainy season.[22]

The film was originally scheduled to be released in the summer of 2021. The release date was pushed back to the Chuseok festival holidays, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 in South Korea. On October 29, 2021, it was announced that it will be theatrically released during the 2022 Korean New Year holiday.[23] The film was released in IMAX format on January 26, 2022.[24] On January 21, it was also released in 4DX, Superflex G, Superflex, Super 4D, and Dolby Atmos formats in 3 theatres.[25]

The film was released on 1,703 screens on January 26, 2022.[27] As per Korean Film Council (Kofic) integrated computer network, the film opened at no 1 place with 120,025 admissions on the Korean box office.[28] It maintained its no 1 position at the Korean box office for consecutive 14 days after its release by gathering 1,122,499 cumulative admissions.[29]

Kim Na-young writing for MK Sports termed the film as "spectacular adventures of pirates", and praised the performance of actors writing, "The actors' performances are also flawless." Kim found the story of the film "obvious" but not "boring". When comparing it with previous film Kim said, "It's the second story, which is not a continuation story, but another work." Concluding, Kim stated, "If you have seen the first movie, it will be fun to compare and watch, and if you see this film, it is fun to look for the first story again."[31] Kim Hyun-soo of Cine21 comparing the film with previous version The Pirates (2014) wrote, "The harmonious combination of naval battles and intense ground battles that have increased so much is the exclusive highlight of this series. Praising performances of the cast and action sequences Kim stated, "The action of the three-way composition created by Kang Ha-neul, Han Hyo-joo, and Kwon Sang-woo is enough to attract attention."[32]

Johnny Loftus of Decider reviewing the series praised the performance of Han Hyo-joo writing "[she] is a revelation as the bold and courageous Captain Hae-rang." Concluding Loftus wrote, "Sword Fights on the decks of ships? Treasure maps? Mysterious islands shrouded by fearsome storms? The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure has it all, and a charismatic cast to boot."[33]

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 sails onto the Nintendo Switch with even more over the top playable pirates, rogues, and giants to smash through hordes of one note enemies. As a diehard One Piece fan who has watched the anime series twice, I love diving head first into its world of colorful islands and characters so I jumped at the thought of playing the newest entry in the Pirate Warriors series.

In this entry, players take control of Luffy, the man who is destined to become The Pirate King, as he wreaks havoc in Wano, the territory of Emperor Kaido. A short fight with Luffy and Kaido sends Luffy flying off into the distance and flashes back to the very first arc of the anime.

The game assumes that the player has already read the manga or watched the anime and this game is no substitute for either. Instead, it plays a bit like a greatest hits album with major arcs like Alabasta, Enies Lobby, and Dressrosa being the focal points. It also takes the liberty of creating an original story in the Wano Kuni arc, which has yet to finish in the manga.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is no different. In fact it plays almost exactly like Pirate Warriors 3, which I also played on the Switch albeit a little better looking and with more playable characters. Among the new characters are giants like Big Mom and Kaido that, as the word giant suggests, are literal giants. These characters tower over enemies and make the player feel like a god.

That being said, the familiar formula of Musou games is just as repetitive as with the last entry. For better or worse it seems like the light platforming and puzzles of Pirate Warriors 3 are all but removed from this entry leaving its hordes of no threat enemies behind. It is enjoyable for short bursts to blast through hordes of Navy Marines and enemy pirates but it gets dull quick.

Tony has been gaming ever since he could walk. Pokmon Blue Version helped him learn how to read. His greatest accomplishment is not just having played the entire Kingdom Hearts series but also understanding it.

Pirates of the Caribbean 6 updates have kept the continuation of the Disney franchise alive despite a considerable hiatus since the last entry. How the Pirates of the Caribbean story will continue, and whether Johnny Depp will return remains a mystery though. When Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl was released, its enormous success was unexpected. Before 2003, pirate movies were seen as guaranteed box office flops, but the franchise has remained popular ever since, constantly proving its international mass appeal and earning Depp an Oscar nomination for his role as Jack Sparrow.

Just a few months after seemingly eliminating the possibility of his return in the next sequel, the latest update sees producer Jerry Bruckheimer address Johnny Depp's return in Pirates of the Caribbean 6. Though it seemed as if the rebooted Pirates 6 would be without the franchise's most recognizable star and character, Bruckheimer has opened up the possibility that Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow could return in some capacity in the next movie. Bruckheimer even went so far as to reveal that he's spoken to the actor about returning.

Pirates of the Caribbean 6 was confirmed in 2018, but it has taken a rocky road since Disney announced their plans. After Deadpool co-writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick dropped out in 2019, Disney chose Craig Mazin and Ted Elliott to write the script instead. Director Joachim Rnning is also set to return. In March 2024, producer Jerry Bruckheimer reaffirmed that the project was in the works, but revealed Pirates of the Caribbean 6 will be a reboot.

Though Pirates of the Caribbean 6 is confirmed, nothing is known about the cast quite yet. Jerry Bruckheimer's announcement that the sixth film would reboot the franchise suggests that none of the stars will be back to reprise their roles. Furthermore, Bruckheimer's pointed comments about "certain actors" seem to specifically confirm that Johnny Depp won't be back as Captain Jack Sparrow. However, Bruckheimer has also mentioned Depp is welcome back, so nothing is entirely certain yet. The most likely outcome for the newest pirate adventure will be an entirely new ensemble to help give the franchise a fresh start.
