Feature Request: Tags

Hi,

I would really like to be able to tag articles using NR.

I generally tag items so that I can find them easier later. For e.g. I
am currently looking for a job and have subscribed to craigslist and a
bunch of other feeds. While using Google Reader I generally mark the
jobs I am interested in as "toapply" and prepare my application as an
when I can.

I am sure other people might have other use cases for tags.

I am not aware if NewsRob is opensource, if it is, I would be happy to
voice support with code.

NewsRob is not open source.

Wouldn't starring your articles in NewsRob work the same way? Also
do you know that you can bookmark articles in delicious with "Share
Link" and a delicious app installed?!

Yes starring is the workaround I use as of now. But thats like only being able to use one tag. The delicious thing would work as I assume the delicious app has tagging support, but that wont obviously sync with Google Reader.

So really the best solution for me would be to have tagging support in NR with the tags syncing with Google Reader.

Yes, I do subscribe to tags from delicious, in particular to my "toread" tag.

But anyway, I understand your use case and take it under
consideration, but please don't hold your breath to see this one
quickly.
