issue with chinese wall street journal

Not sure if someone else already reported this:

for this feed in my google reader: http://chinese.wsj.com/gb/rss01.xml

2 issues 

1. if I select simplified web for offline cache, the cached data has some content but no real article - only the start and end i guess

2. if I select web for offline, the Chinese characters in cached data is garbled. If i refresh, it displays correctly. 

It would be otherwise perfect software!

So I appreciate a lot if these can be looked into.
