Let us analyze Yan Qingxin’s real identity of a CCP agent
Zheng Zheng

Is Yan Qingxin a political intelligence special agent planted by CCP in
US?

This is a question that shouldn’t be ignored by either US government
or political dissidents in US!

Recently, Mr. Yang Xianhong, a reporter of Taipei Central Radio, made a
focal interview with Mr. Zhu Lifeng, secretary of Mr. Wang Bingzhang
who has been an old timer in overseas Chinese democracy movement. At
the interview, Mr. Zhu let out a great secret!

“Yan Qingxin and Zhang Qi are CCP agents from the beginning,” said
he. He could say this, he must have iron hard evidence. From the
evidence he gave, we learned that, Yan Qingxin and Zhang Qi had been
CCP agents before July 2001. The arrest of Zhu Lifeng and Wang
Bingzhang in Thailand was simply their betrayal. After Zhu was
arrested, he saw the document of “About the Activities of Chinese
Anti-government Dissidents in Thailand” in the Thai Royal Police
Headquarters. This document shows that Chinese Embassy is the
intelligence agency that CCP arranged in other countries. All the
activities of Wang Bingzhang’s were under CCP’s eyes! Who else
could be clearer of their moves other than Yan Qingxin and Zhang Qi?

Zhonggong also has strong evidence to show that Yan offered
intelligence for Chinese Embassy. At that time, Yan was already in US.
Once on the phone, she threatened Zhang Hongbao’s team in Thailand
that they have to listen to her, not to annoy her, since she is very
familiar with the people in the Embassy.

Finally, Mr. Zhu’s evidence completed the picture why Mr. Wang
Bingzhang was kidnapped in Vietnam! The overall supervisor,
communication manager Yan Qingxin finally surfaced!

There has been evidence that, not long after Yan arrived at US with the
political asylum granted by US, before Zhang Hongbao was granted
political asylum when he was still in Guam jail, Zhang Qi suddenly
appeared at Bangkok, Thailand, claiming to have been persecuted in
China due to her Zhonggong connection. She wanted to be accepted at the
Zhonggong headquarters, a base in Thailand. Zhang Hongbao didn’t
allow her to enter the base, but gave her a sum of money to help her
settle down, since she’s the sister of Yan’s. Zhang Qi’s original
aim to enter Zhonggong headquarters failed. Looking back, thanks to
Zhang Hongbao’s vigil, Zhonggong was well protected in Thailand. Not
long afterwards, Yan brought Wang Bingzhang to Bangkok and arranged for
Wang to meet Zhang Qi. They took off on the same day and became lovers.
Afterwards, Zhang came to USA through Wang and acquired US political
asylum by claiming to be the high-ranking Zhonggong cadre and Wang’s
secretary. Then, she accompanied Wang to go to Vietnam as Wang’s
fiancé. When Wang was arrested by CCP, Zhang safely flew back to US
from China.

At the time, people were puzzled: how come an old timer in the cause of
anti-CCP campaign could end up being taken by his nose by a woman like
Zhang Qi? How could a high school graduate like Zhang be the secretary
of Prof. Wang? Now, the real secretary of Prof. Wang, Mr. Zhu gave us
the inside scoop: “Why did he choose to be with Zhang? Because at the
time, Yan was in charge of a very large sum of Zhonggong’s. The
purpose was for the money which was the real reason.” In order to get
the money for the revolution, Wang abandoned his fiancé in US and the
girl friend in Thailand who is really an outstanding woman. In order to
get the money for the revolution, Wang “passed on to Yan Qingxin”
about his activities in Thailand, his goals, and classified
documents…Zhu said, after Wang returned to US, he had been working at
collecting more money. Although Zhu didn’t say specifically how Wang
was working at it, but we’ve witnessed one show after another how
Wang followed Yan’s instructions. What’s so sad is, he got into the
money plus beauty trap set by Yan, but he thought he gained both in
money and beauty. How could he have dreamt that he was lured into a
dead end! How vicious Yan is! How stupid Wang is! This is exactly what
the saying goes: a gentleman likes money, but gains it in a reasonable
way; the wrong money only leads a person to destruction!

We can say that Zhu Lifeng’s evidence completed the conclusion that
Yan is CCP agent. What’s more, Zhonggong can offer more direct
evidence which is Yan’s personal admission.

On June 6th this year, Yan called Zhang Hongbao.

Zhang tried to reason with her, reminding her of the basic morality:
“you sold yourself to CCP to ruin overseas Chinese democratic
movement; you betrayed your master even hurt your fellow disciples.
Aren’t you ashamed?”

Yan replied: “I do what I’d like to do. There isn’t such a thing
of selling myself to CCP!”

Zhang rebuked her: “You would like to be a CCP agent?”

Yan said, “That is not an agent! That is my job!”

What a roguish face: I’m not afraid of anyone, since I’m the rogue!
What a job: damage overseas Chinese democratic movement; help CCP to
wipe out all the political enemies!

Yan Qingxin is Yan Qingxin, after all. She can calmly admit to her
former master that she is a CCP agent, also tries her best to coerce
the Zhonggong followers: “Don’t follow Zhang Hongbao any more. You
should work for the country.”

As a CCP agent, once she completely destroyed her own moral quality,
she is liberated---there are no more psychological barriers in doing
whatever she needs to do. Moral values, credit, promises, agreements
are all abandoned; Master and disciples bond, friendship, sense of
shame and conscience are all dumped out. This is what Yan Qingxin is
like once she became a CCP agent.

Yet, some people don’t agree. They say Yan Qingxin’s history of
working for 13 years in the Third Section of CCP military intelligence
can only show that she used to be a CCP agent, not now. They also said,
there is no direct evidence that Yan is a CCP agent!

We have to list out the evidences of Yan being a CCP agent:

A. An ignored important evidence on the spot where Wang Bingzhang was
lured into trap.

Wang Bingzhang had tried to organize an armed uprising to announce the
establishment of an interim government and to announce himself as the
interim President of the government right before the 16th CCP National
Convention. Yet his plan was disclosed to CCP and he was lured out of
USA, into the trap set by CCP. During the whole course of the luring,
CCP intelligence agents were in full charge and successfully lured Wang
into CCP prison, therefore, CCP eliminated the possibility that Wang
might cause a political impact onto its ruling. This is a fact no one
will argue. CCP could successfully carry out such an act of large scale
across 3 countries, the key to it was certainly a full course
supervision. Sufficient amount of existing evidence plus the recent Mr.
Zhu’s evidences show that Yan Qingxin was the supervisor! Beforehand,
she sent her own sister as a bait to Wang Bingzhang also mapped out the
routes in Vietnam for Wang---these have witnesses. Yet, people ignored
important evidence: the phone log between Yan and Wang. During the
short period between Wang and Zhang left home and getting aboard the
plane, there were 19 times of phone calls between Wang and Yan; right
at the moment of boarding, Yan had a call respectively with Wang and
Zhang. Afterwards, right after Wang and Zhang landed in Cambodian
airport, Yan and Wang had another call. It shows that Yan called Wang
and Zhang at least once everyday. After June 16th, they entered
Vietnam, the log shows that the first call Wang made was to Yan Qingxin
and the calls continued right before Wang Bingzhang was missing.
What’s so shocking is, on June 27, Wang was missing. All his family
members and friends lost contact with him, yet the phone log shows that
on June 29, Yan and Zhang made a call lasting for 1hour and 5 minutes!
Remember that Yan completely denied any knowledge about Wang and
Zhang’s trip to Southeastern Asia either before or after Wang’s
trip? What the phone log shows in how Wang Bingzhang was lured into CCP
trap was self-evident.

This phone log was the direct evidence that shows Yan was the
mastermind during the full course! Yan’s complete denial to this
merely shows her direct link to it!

B. Yan Qingxin was the key character in helping destroy Peng Ming’s
“Sun-moon Sightseeing Project” and sent Sun Gang, Lan Yupeng, Gao
Yuehan into CCP jail.

We all know that Peng Ming had a “Sun-moon Sightseeing Project”,
intending to hold a special executive committee in Beijing on May 13th,
2004 to elect Federal democratic government premier and cabinet members
and announce the official establishment of Chinese Federal Democratic
Government. Right before this Project was carried out, the executive
committee of Chinese Federal Democratic Government sent Sun Gang, Lan
Yupeng, GAO Yuehan et al. to Beijing to meet with Zhao Yun and dozens
of other committee members and Federal party members. At the meeting,
the committee decided to send remote controlled balloons and leaflets
on Tiananmen Square and the Capital International Airport in the early
morning of May 13th. Yet, on the eve of the Act, all the major
participants were arrested in Beijing. Afterwards, Yan Qingxin spread a
rumor that Wang Xizhe posted on the internet the contents of the plan
and the real identities of the participants and the fact that they were
taking airplanes to go meeting in Beijing. Consequently, these people
are arrested.

People may not know that, the Federal executive committee member Zhao
Yun was a guard named Zhao Ziyun in Zhonggong base in Bangkok. Zhao
Ziyun’s direct boss was Yan Qingxin and Zhao was Yan’s most trusted
subordinate. In 1999, Zhao Ziyun was detained at the Chinese customs
when he was returning to Thailand after paid a home visit in China.
Then, Zhao was missing. In 2000, Zhao showed up in Thailand, but
didn’t go back to the Zhonggong base. He went to Wang Xizhe’s
branch overseas and gained Wang’s trust after good performance. And
this happened at about the same time when Yan Qingxin brought Zhang Qi
to Wang Bingzhang’s bed. After Yan Qingxin became part of Peng
Ming’s Federal government, Zhao became Peng’s right hand man and
was sent back to China. On the eve of “Sun-moon Sightseeing
Project”, Zhao was arrested with Sun Gang, Lan Yupeng, GAO Yuehan et
al. Every one else was sentenced to long time in jail but not Zhao.
When Zhonggong leader Zhang Hongbao met with Wang Xizhe, after fully
discussed about all the details, they figured out the whole picture and
what a role Zhao Ziyun played. Zhao Yun (Zhao Ziyun) was Yan’s long
time subordinate and he was reported by Yan to CCP and was arrested and
bought over by CCP. Then he was planted underground in Peng Ming’s
party! He was Yan Qingxin’s direct subordinate in CCP Intelligence
sect. When Yan Qingxin failed to keep Peng Ming’s activities in China
under control, Zhao was mobilized to give the deadly hit to the
“Sun-moon Sightseeing Project”!

Maybe people think that US court won’t be able to summon Zhao Ziyun
who can prove that Yan Qingxin is a top CCP agent. In this way, Zhao
Ziyun won’t be a direct witness. But here we still would like to
offer this evidence to US and the world, for people to look into this
and think about it. Allow people to put the pieces together to solve
the puzzle. It’s similar to the fact that after the twin towers were
destroyed, US government quickly came to the conclusion that Bin Laden
was the mastermind and quickly started to seek revenge, even though
there wasn’t direct witness.

C. Peng Ming’s arrest was a trap set by Yan Qingxin and Liu Junguo
through whose evil hands CCP succeeded in eliminating its enemy.

Peng Ming turned into an instant sensation among overseas Chinese
communities by founding “China Development Federation” in Beijing.
He then annoyed CCP by organizing Chinese Federal Government and by
planning to send balloons over Tiananmen Square to spread leaflets.

As for Peng Ming’s being lured and arrested, people only see the
surface facts that Peng Ming was trying to find a market for his forged
RMB bills in China; also people only see that due to his political
naïve personality and shortcomings, he was lured by another
“Zhang-Qi-type” girl friend Zhong Ping into CCP prison. The truth
is, this case was a trap set by Yan Qingxin and Liu Junguo, just like
the case of Wang Bingzhang.

Yan Qingxin enticed Peng Ming into setting up “Chinese Federal
Government” with the huge sum of Zhonggong money that she stole. Once
Yan Qingxin and Liu Junguo laundered the stolen money and transferred
the funds into their private accounts, Yan suddenly changed her face
and kept asking FBI and US police to investigate Peng Ming, accusing
Peng of “swindler”, “slander”, “intentional psychological
harm” and “stealing”. When she made Peng Ming’s Chinese Federal
Government infamous and falling apart, she gave Peng Ming $180,000 from
the sum she stole from Zhonggong. This surprise sum activated Peng
Ming’s negative personality and soon the rumor that “Peng Ming
forges money” was spread around. When Peng Ming really wanted to
start forging RMB, Yan’s husband Liu Junguo enticed Miss Li Yali from
Taiwan to USA. Li Yali is an insider of Peng Ming’s money forging
project. Li was kept in control by Yan and Liu as soon as she arrived
at a USA hotel for one week. They forced Li to tell and write down all
the details of Peng Ming’s RMB forging project. Once they got this,
Yan bought the registration right of “Chinese Federal Government”
through somebody, and paid Peng Ming $400,000 which was the “capital
money” for Peng Ming’s forged RMB project, also buried the ambush
for framing Peng. What’s so sad is, Peng Ming is full of him and was
completely unaware of the role of Yue Wu who had been with him for half
a month which led to his downfall. In June 2002, Peng Ming was arrested
for “forging RMB” and was extradited to China.

To compare the full courses of Peng Ming and Wang Bingzhang’s
arrests, people will be surprised to discover that CCP agent Yan
Qingxin used the same scenario: first, take advantage of the fact that
both men were so eager to topple CCP government and would do anything
to get the money for that purpose. She dangled the bait of big money in
front of their noses. Right before Wang left US, his account had just
received $50,000 and $100,000 from Yan Qingxin. When Peng Ming wanted
to throw a desperate hit at CCP government, Yan also gave Peng Ming
$580,000 ($180,000 when the Federal Government was
dismantled…purchasing the registration of Federal Government for
$400,000); also, Yan made use of the fact that both men loved beautiful
women, and sent pretty women to accompany them to countries bordering
CCP China and sent them directly to the kidnap and then the prison. And
yet, the women involved were put under “residence under
supervision” which in fact was to be separated and protected. And in
the end, both went back to US safe and sound.

If the above facts are still not enough, here are more:

D. Yan Qingxin started a vexatious campaign against Zhonggong leader
Zhang Hongbao; selling Zhonggong cadres, destroying Zhonggong team.

Yan Qingxin started a vexatious campaign against Zhonggong leader Zhang
Hongbao in US, with extremely vulgar and vicious means. She bought Liu
Junguo, He Nanfang et al. with a lot of money. They fabricated a lot of
things and bewildered the media, the legal world and Congress. They
dumped so much dirty water onto Zhang Hongbao and their tricks can make
any great man or brave warriors look so helpless! Since March 2002,
they have brought up 30 cases against Zhang Hongbao in US courts. At
the worst time, Zhang Hongbao was facing 9 charges in one month. A lot
of the charges are exactly the same with the evidences offered by CCP
government in trying to intercept the political asylum case Zhang
Hongbao was applying for. And when all the cases were put together, the
purposes are clear and definitely the same: once any one of these
accusations was set up, according to US laws, Zhang will be extradited
to Chinese government and will probably face capital sentence. Even if
none of these crimes can be convicted, Zhang Hongbao will suffer so
much that even if he doesn’t die, he’ll have to shed his skin. It
will exhaust his funds and make him look very bad.

Yan Qingxin’s energy came from her lack of shame! She uses money and
sex as baits. She put on a show of a sad, miserable woman, as if she is
the most hurt in the whole wide world. She plays the weakest victim, as
if she had been bullied all her life. When she was trying to steal
Zhonggong properties, fame and even Zhang Hongbao’s very dear life,
she put on quite a show: suppressed sobbing, teary eyes, trembling
cheeks, hesitant tones and pulled up her clothes to show the scars,
which in fact were the results from her Meniere’s syndrome and a bad
fell; her performances against Zhang Hongbao at the court will be
covered with sobs and murmuring when her stories couldn’t quite hold
its own logic. She lured Wang Bingzhang into CCP prison, yet she
appeared in public as the rescuing organizer; she made appointments to
meet with Congressmen, in the name of rescuing Wang Bingzhang, yet what
she really did was to accuse Zhang Hongbao as a cult leader and he
should be sent back to China as soon as possible. At the same time, she
brought expensive gifts to Congressmen, such as Chinese paintings and
antiques.

She swears either in public or in private to send Zhang Hongbao back to
China! To destroy Zhang Hongba’s political life and to steal
Zhonggong money, she even made suicidal attack to claim to be married
twice! She seems pretty successful in misleading people’s attention
away from her political aims. She made people view the fight between
Zhang Hongbao and herself as a fight between a man and a woman.

Yet, she could never wipe out the historical truth that she sold her
fellow disciples and destroyed Zhonggong high-ranking cadre team.

In 1999, when CCP started to persecute Zhonggong, Zhang Hongbao sent 3
important cadres to Hong Kong. Only Zhang and Yan Qingxin knew about
this arrangement and the three of them were under Yan’s direct
management. Yet, even before them left, there was a source telling
Zhang Hongbao that Chinese police were setting up the net, ready to
arrest them in Hong Kong. In order to test if it was a coincidence or
somebody leaked the news, Zhang talked with Yan, saying, maybe let’s
send one man over. Soon, the message came back saying that the plan of
sending one man to Hong Kong was also let known to the police. They
even know the man’s ID # and his hotel room #. Zhang Hongbao canceled
the act.

Cheng Yaqin was Zhonggong marketing manager in Huabei Province. She was
appointed as the chief of executive committee in Zhonggong Group (just
like the President) but it was known only to a few at the highest level
in Zhonggong. When CCP started to persecute Zhonggong, her whereabouts
were only known to Zhang Hongbao and Yan Qingxin. But soon, she was
arrested by Chinese police. A year later, the rescue plan was leaked
and she was arrested again, even though only Zhang Hongbao and Yan
Qingxin knew the plan details.

There is the saying that “the more you do evil things, the quicker
you will end up in a dead end.” Whether it was Yan Qingxin or Ye
Qingxin, she or he might be able to cheat the world for some time, but
she or he will never be able to cheat the world forever. Soon, people
will find out about her real identity---CCP agent. The irresistible
rule of retribution will prove itself to them!
