Right before Chinese National People's Assembly is being held,
representatives from 13 sponsoring organizations, such as China Shadow
Government, Zhonggong International, representing about 500
organizations and their 40 million members, gathered in front of PRC
Embassy in D.C. in the heavy snow in the afternoon of March 1st,
thanking Zhang Hongbao for his warning to the world and appealing to
Chinese National Assembly to urge Jiang to resign from all the
important posts, including National Military Chairman. This gathering
also appealed for Europe Alliance's lifting of weapon trading ban with
China. American organizations such as China Support Net, China
Democracy Lobbyists, also joined the gathering as sponsors. Chinese
Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance, World Chinese Federation, Chinese
Laborers' Association, Chinese Democratic Party World Association,
China Abolishing Laogai Association, Chinese Social Democracy Party
(West Coast Branch), World Chinese Net, Tianhua Culture Net, CCP
Political Reformation Promotion Committee are all the sponsors for this
gathering. Among these organizations, International Zhonggong
Headquarters has 38 million members; Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution
Alliance is made up of by over 100 political organizations; World
Chinese Federation has over 300 overseas Chinese organizations.
Representatives are from East Coast and West Coast and Washington D.C.
American mainstream media and Chinese media were on the spot,
interviewing and reporting.
This gathering was hosted by Zhou Yongjun, Secretary-in-general of
Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance, and who was also the
College Association Chairman in Tiananmen Square student movement in
1989. Zhou read aloud the Letter of Appealing from the 13 sponsoring
organizations which represent about 500 organizations and their 40
million members to the Chinese National People's Assembly and the
democratic world.
In "the Appeal", Zhou Jongun used a lot of facts to prove that
Jiang Zemin's giving up his power on time was just a show for
deceiving Chinese people. Zhou quoted the President of China Shadow
Government Zhang Hongbao's words in his latest work "Chinese Deadly
Killing Weapon and National Military Goal" to show this point. In the
past two years, before Jiang Zemin retired, he had quietly changed the
Party-Administration-Military power structure of China into a new
structure of 5 "leaders group", with himself as the heads of them
all. They are: Central Policy group, Central Diplomacy Group, National
War Preparation Group, Anti-Taiwan-independence and Anti-foreign
Military Interference Headquarters, the First Political Committee
Member of Zhongnanhai Guarding Troop (in charge of protecting the lives
of the national leaders and their families)". "People who are
familiar with Chinese politics know that, in China, "leaders group"
is the core of the power. "Leader group" has the power to manage
the country beyond laws. It sounds simply a group, but it is actually a
huge power center and the head of the group is the real ruler of this
group, just like the "retired" emperor ruling behind the puppet
emperor. The head of this group is an existence beyond the limits of
age, time range of his reign, laws." In another word, Jiang Zemin is
still having the highest power in China. He decides "central
policies", "national military strategies", diplomacy policies,
Taiwan policies, even the life or death of the high ranking officials
and their families. Mr. Zhang pointed out, "Jiang Zemin quietly
finished his goal of stealing the control power of the Party, the
country, the military, yet on the surface, people only saw that Jiang
stepped down when the time was up, and CCP materialized a smooth switch
of powers and it's time that everybody breathes easily. Some said
this is the victory of the pressure from inside the Party; some said it
is the victory of anti-Jiang movement. But few saw that, Jiang's
stepping down on time was based on the fact that he has arranged for
the complete control by him and all the stepping down was just a
show".
The appeal also point out that, in the 15 years under Jiang Zemin's
ruling, he has committed multiple crimes, esp. in human rights. Under
his leadership, Chinese society has sunken deep into corruption, on the
edge of collapsing. Jiang Zemin started Chinese style corruption
culture. Today's Jiang Zemin is hated by thousands of people, facing
dozens of criminal lawsuits in the world. In order to enjoy the
exemption applied to national leaders, Jiang and his men are working
day and night at shifting the political system in China into a
son-succeeding-father one; scheming the extremely cruel, large-scale,
so-called "developing new frontier" war. At present, they've
entered such a stage---in their own words, they've mastered the
super-nuclear weapons to destroy democracy. For word peace and for
pushing about reform in a peace environment, near 5 hundred
organizations and 4 million people asked National People Assembly for
executing their power to urge Jiang Zemin gives up every power in his
hand stool by him.
The appeal also pointed out, European Union are planning to lift the
ban on weapon deals with China. Jiang Zemin and his men are designing
mass terror war, and you are to lift the ban of selling weapons to
Jiang---what you are doing is virtually helping Jiang, the king of
terror, to destroy peace in the world and to bring a great havoc to
human kinds. We request that European Union will make the connection
between lifting the weapon ban and Jiang Zemin's power handover, i.e.
there will be no mentioning lifting the weapon ban before Jiang Zemin
hands over all his powers.
Before the parade started, the representatives went to the US National
News Club and held a press conference on "Thank Zhang Hongbao for His
Warning to the World; Appeal to Chinese National Assembly to Urge Jiang
to Resign for World Peace". At the conference, representatives from
CSG, International Zhonggong Headquarters and World Chinese Federation
read their open letters to Chinese National People's Assembly
respectively.

Representatives expressed their profound gratitude and respect to Mr.
Zhang Hongbao for the alert he offers in his essay "CCP's
Super-nuclear weapons and Its Global Strategic Goal". In this essay,
Mr. Zhang discloses the truth that Jiang Zemin steals the power of
China and that Jiang has been scheming for starting a large-scale
terror war against all human kind. Representatives made a special
effort in making a Gratitude Placard for Mr. Zhang Hongbao, praising
his unselfish and brave act in disclosing the truth as infinite
achievement.
