Appeal to UN and All the People in the World Who Love Peace

Honorable UN Secretary-in-General, All the Member Countries of the
Security Council, All the Democratic Countries and All the People in
the World Who Love Peace,
Recently, Mr. Zhang Hongbao, who is an expert in Chinese political
operation and traditional Chinese military strategies and their modern
variations, published his "China's Deadly Killer Tricks and Its
National Military Strategic Goal". This article cuts directly to the
core: right before Jiang Zemin retired, he had quietly changed the
Party-Administration-Military power structure of China into a new
structure of "five leaders groups", with himself as the heads of
them all. They are: Central Policy group, central diplomacy group,
national war preparation group, anti-Taiwan-independence and
anti-foreign military interference headquarters, the first political
committee member of Zhongnanhai guarding troop. (in charge of
protecting the lives of the national leaders and their families). Jiang
Zemin played the game of changing the column for the beam, and changed
the power structure in China. This way, after he handed over the
superficial highest power, he can continue to rule China, by way of
these 5 "leaders groups" to rule beyond the laws, beyond the
current administratioin.
We see that, during the time when China is holding her two meetings of
National People's Assembly and Political Discussion, Jang Zemin let
out the word that he is seriously sick, dying, and can't attend the
meetings; yet he played completely silent on who will take over the
"Five leaders groups" headed by himself. To this, the
representatives at the Assembly and the current new leaders of China
remain silent. This shows how overwhelming Jiang's power as the
"prince regent" is.
Nice and honest people who are not familiar with Chinese politics may
ask, why is the 79 year-old Jiang Zemin doing this? The answer can only
be found in the crimes Jiang committed and his personal ambition?
Jiang participated in June 4th Massacre; he persecutes Zhonggong, Fa
Lun Gong, and wiped out religious groups out of CCP; he persecuted
democratic activists; he sold Chinese land that was over 100 times more
than Taiwan's size; he also leads, even connived the wide-spread
corruption nationwide. If he hands over the power and retires so
easily, he is going to face the trial by Chinese even the world people.
He and his family and relatives spiked up so high simply because of his
power. And now they will fall so low together with him. For all these
reasons, Jiang Zemin must build a higher layer of power and regain the
title of national leader. In this way, he can enjoy the exempting
privilege for a national leader. What's more, he is going to set up
Jiang's dynasty in order to preserve his family interests. The only
way for Jiang to realize this dream is to start a war to develop "new
frontier", to beat US and the democratic world and set up
cross-continents "United States of China". To realize such
ambition, Jiang Zemin has to learn from the legendary 80 year-old Jiang
Taigong who united China with his troops. He has to use the three major
series of super-nuclear weapons successfully developed by Jiang's men
(disclosed by Mr. Zhang Hongbao), to start a blitz, at the cost of
2,600,000,000 people in democratic countries, to realize his hegemony.
Jiang Zemin handed over the power as the Chairman of national military
committee but not to resign from the heads of the "Five Leaders
Groups"; he also claims to be sick to avoid attending the two
meetings----this is simply the modern version of "Si Mayi pretended
to be sick and toppled Cao Dynasty and virtually crowned himself",
the trickiest kind of deceiving. The Western world is not familiar with
traditional Chinese strategy and tends to short guess Mr. Zhang
Hongbao's warning. Yet, the reactions from Jiang Zemin and his men
are very suggestive about the value and weight of Mr. Zhang's
warning. First, Li Zhaoxing, the Director of Diplomacy, criticized on
behalf of Chinese government. Secondly, Jiang Zemin pretended to be too
sick to attend the two meetings, to avoid to be questioned "fully
resigned" or relative motions. Thirdly, threats are sent out on the
web at Mr. Zhang Hongbao, claiming to "teach Zhang Hongbao a good
lessen", saying that USA and China are striking a deal in
"exchanging Zhang with Wang Bingzhang". Fourthly, Jiang's
supporters warned the media to "carefully treat, repetitiously prove
and discreetly comment" to Zhang Hongbao's "Goal", blocking it
in the media. Fifthly, Jiang showed publicly the game of deception, in
order to divert people's attention and cheat the world.
>From the above mentioned reactions to Mr. Zhang's article we can see
that Mr. Zhang's article is like a precision missile, hitting the
heart of Jiang Zemin's accurately. On the other hand, we can see
that, if US and its allied countries, the whole democratic world,
neglect Mr. Zhang's warning, and leads to Jiang Zemin's great
scheme, the world will lose the opportunity to counterattack, since
Jiang Zemin is surely to use the super-nuclear weapons at US and its
allied countries at the same time.
We appeal to all the democratic countries, appeal to US President and
Congress, appeal to UN Secretary-in-General and the Security Council,
to pay enough attention to the warning given by Mr. Zhang Hongbao in
his "China's Deadly Killer Tricks and Its National Military
Strategic Goal" and adopt corresponding measures at the same time.
Meanwhile, we appeal to all the Democratic Countries to exert pressure
onto Jiang Zemin, forcing him to hand over the titles of "five
leaders groups", so as to let the people of China and the world to
relax and enjoy the peace and stability in the world.
