PASADENA, LOS ANGELES---- On September 14th, Qingxin Yan and Arthur Liu
filed three motions against Zhong Gong Organizations held hearings in
the civil division of Pasadena Superior Court of California. Last year,
Zhong Gong Organizations filed a lawsuit and complained the crimes
Qingxin Yan and Arthur Liu committed in conspiring to steal Zhong Gong
funds, asking to investigate under the law the perjury provided by
Chinese Communist Party and used by Qingxin Yan and Arthur Liu to file
more than twenty vexatious lawsuits against Zhong Gong Organizations
and Hongbao Zhang. However, Qingxin Yan and Arthur J Liu counter
charged Zhong Gong¡¯s lawsuit to these couple was vexatious
litigation and motions to strike. In today¡¯s court hearing, judge
denied all the motions Qingxin Yan and Arthur Liu filed undergoing
deliberate consideration. Meanwhile, judge requested Qingxin Yan and
Arthur Liu reply Zhong Gong¡¯s lawsuit within ten days.
It is known that this is Arthur Liu¡¯s fourth failure in lawsuit
recently. The first was when Arthur Liu was the attorney of Client
Yang. Because Arthur Liu forgot to appear in court thus judge
pronounced Yang¡¯s failure in the case. Yang¡¯s cost in this case
was more than 1.6 million and lost all properties. Currently, this
client appealed to the California State Bar Association complaining
Arthur Liu¡¯s dereliction of duty. The second was that a year ago,
Arthur Liu filed Temporary Restraining Order against Qingxin Yan and
Arthur Liu and was also denied. The third was that Arthur Liu filed
lawsuit against the newspaper of World Journal and Singtao Daily in
defaming him and Qingxin Yan, judge denied as ¡°careless filing¡±
and World Journal further demanded Arthur Liu compensate for more than
one hundred thousand¡¯s attorney¡¯s fee. It is said that Judges in
Pasadena court were disgusted with these more than thirties cased made
by Qingxin Yan and Arthur Liu. It is estimated that there will be more
failures for Qingxin Yan and Arthur Liu in lawsuits in the future.
