The Chinese Communist Party Orders Repatriation of All High Officials
Children Overseas to Pave the Way for a War against the United States
by Wei Heping, Office of National Military Strategies, China Shadow
Government

Contribution by Information Department of China Shadow Government

In early August last year, the Department of Organization of the
Chinese Communist Party Central Committee issued an official document
to the organizational and personnel departments of Party committees at
the provincial level, asking them to expedite their political work on
the family members of high-ranking cadres, especially the spouses and
lineal relatives who live abroad, persuading them to come back to
reside and work in China. The official document promises that the
government will provide appropriate arrangements and advantageous
employment opportunities for them. The on-duty and just retired
high-ranking cadres, in particular, are asked to cooperate with the
Party in persuading relatives, especially the young and middle-aged
lineal relatives, who have graduated with professional degrees and have
been successful in their careers to come back to live and work in
China. Those who are unable to come back because of temporary
difficulties should be persuaded to come back to China for visits or
academic exchanges.

This official document issued by the Department of Organization of the
Party Central Committee also makes references to a speech on this issue
made by a leader from the Party Central Committee. The speech points
out that a successful mobilization of the children of high-ranking
cadres who have settled down in Europe, the United States, Canada and
other countries and acquired the citizenships of those countries to
come back to China to participate in reconstruction is a strategic work
of profound political impact, a work that pertains to the national
interests.

As revealed by some internal news sources, many relatives of
high-ranking cadres who reside abroad are entangled in unsettled
financial issues. They are not unwilling to "come back to China for a
visit. In fact, they are afraid of going back to China because they
don't want to be trapped, or "secretly arrested." Nowadays there
is great chaos within the Chinese Communist Party, and using
anti-corruption as an excuse to persecute political enemies has become
a covert norm in China's political circles.

People of political insight will be able to perceive something
significant when they relate this situation to an internal speech
"War has approached us already" made by Chi Haotian, a member of
the Chinese Communist Party's regent leadership team and former
defense minister. It seems that Jiang Zemin's clique for a diabolic
war is preoccupied not only with a prewar mobilization but also with an
attempt to eradicate hidden troubles to obviate the possible loss from
the support of high-ranking officials within the Party itself.
Otherwise, once "cleaning up" of the United States is launched and
the children of these high -ranking cadres are "cleaned up" in
the process, their parents, the high-ranking Party leaders will
certainly make some trouble in China. If there is a fire at the
backyard, how can they wage a war abroad? Evidently, this is the true
reason why the Chinese Communist Party has reiterated its order that
the children of high-ranking cadres should be brought home.

Regrettably, so far the United States and its allies are quite
apathetic to this situation, probably because life is too easy and
comfortable in the free world, so what they care about is spending
vacations on the beach or skiing in the mountains. No wonder they are
oblivious to the enemy's blatant prewar mobilizations and prewar
behaviors and indifferent to the thundering admonition issued by Mr.
Zhang Hongbao in his article "The Goal." Who knows whether the
people in the West will be able to maintain their composure when Jiang
Zemin launches his attack with his three fatal weapons?
