What Frenzy Activities of Chinese Communist Spies Overseas Tell Us
about CCP's Erasure Operations Abroad before Launching Its Campaign
to "Clean Up" America

One of the traditional strategies of China has often resorted to in its
fight against foreign enemies is "to resist foreign aggression one
must pacify the interior first." Jiang Zemin and his followers have
inherited this tradition and seem to have surpassed their predecessors
in their overseas erasure campaign as part of their preparation for an
anti-American war.

Among the preparation work conducted by Jiang Zemin and his followers,
a tactic consists in taking advantage of their overseas espionage
system and, through various channels, approaching the decision makers
of the United States regarding its China policy to convey to them
messages about China's "peaceful" intention. This endeavor was
designed to counterbalance the effects of "the theory of China
threat" and to create an illusion among the American in order to gain
time for the Chinese Communists in their preparation for an
anti-American war. On the one hand, they have mobilized all political
spies to launch a siege and assault against the activists of the
democracy movement overseas and political dissidents, to silence them
and prevent them from making any distracting noise that may interfere
with the CCP's war preparation. They have been making particular
efforts to silence any predictions or warnings about the CCP's
military intentions and to block or prevent the dissidents overseas who
are familiar with the routines of CCP's operations from drawing the
attention of the Americans and the public of the Western world and from
exposing the truth after the war that may subject the CCP to moral
condemnations.

This intention explains why the CCP intends to solve the domestic
issues in China first, before they proceed to resolve the issue of the
Americans.

Since last year, they have targeted the main focus of their persecution
on Zhang Hongbao, the founder of the shadow government of China. The
former second most prominent leader of Zhonggong, who has surrendered
to the CCP after CCP instigated defection, has delivered to the CCP the
secret about Zhang Hongbao's mastery of detailed information about
the CCP's possession of earthquake weapons and people of supernatural
capabilities to be employed in a war for world domination. In order to
prevent Zhang Hongbao from releasing the important information crucial
to the outcome of the war "to eliminate America and seize the world
domination," the CCP's espionage system in the United States
configured six series or more than twenty lawsuits against Zhang
Hongbao, placing him in a quagmire of litigations, and struck up
several "bargains under the table" with the American authorities,
attempting to attain the repatriation of Zhang Hongbao by framing him
with fabricated legal charges.

At the same time, they adopted drastic measures in their persecution of
Hua Xiazi, who has caused severe damages to the CCP espionage and
information network in Washington DC region. Taking advantage of the
U.S. legal system, they auctioned all her real estates and created car
accidents to her family members in order to make her succumb to their
pressure and stop uttering cacophony. The spies who have been charged
by Hua Xiazi staged a siege against Hua Xiazi's house, which was
about to be auctioned, causing further psychological traumas to Hua
Xiazi, making her unable to continue with her divulgence of the CCP's
crimes.

In addition, they lobbied the Congress in the name of Wan Bingzhang's
relatives and, under the pretense of rescuing Wang Bingzhang, came into
frequent contacts with some Congressmen. They used money, sex, and
other benefits to attract, corrupt, and bribe the assistants of those
Congressmen and the Americans who are closely related to the China
Bureau of the State Department. They also worked hard to approach the
agents of FBI's China division, to influence them, and to mislead the
U.S. government through them.

The information agent stationed in Washington DC, assigned by
Department Two of the Headquarters of the General Staff, posing himself
first as a researcher of international strategies and later as a
friend, dined with some Congressmen and invited government officials in
connection with China affairs (including retired but influential
persons) to visit their homes. Thus, by way of dinners, stay over and
conversations, they tried to collect information about the U.S.
government and at the same time mislead the U.S. decision makers. The
former U.S. deputy assistant secretary of state Donald Kerry was
dragged into the water in this fashion by the agents of CCP's
Department Two of the Headquarters of the General Staff.

Currently spies and agents of CCP's various networks are acting under
the united leadership of Jiang Zemin's regent leadership team. Over a
period of time, by means of purchasing, or coercing, or briberies, they
caused the various anti-Communist media such as "Big Reference
News," "Direct Presidential Election," "China Spring,"
"89.64.com," and "China Labor.com" to shut down completely;
they also bribed the major websites such as "boxun.com" and
"sina.com" to work for them or under their manipulation; they
interfered with the publication work of Falungong media such as the
newspaper "The Epoch Times" and the television station "NDT" by
cutting off their financial resources or disrupting their publication
system; they launched personal attacks against the editor-in-chief and
director of "China Spring;" and they conducted surveillance over
Zhonggong's websites of world-chinese.com and tianhuaculture.net,
assigned people to monitor personal IP who access these website,
carried out coercions and arrests.

They adopted the tactic of divide and conquer against the student
leaders of June 4 Movement. They roped in some of the student leaders
by rescinding their arrest warrants and allowing them to come back to
China; they allowed some other student leaders to do business with
China; and they corrupted some others with money and sex. Thus, the few
student leaders of June 4 Movement who have the courage to speak up
have almost disappeared, with their voices erased.

The CCP's general strategy against the democracy movement is to have
the leadership of the whole movement replaced, manipulated, and
controlled by the CCP agents. Currently, under scrutiny, almost all the
popular figures that purport to be democracy movement leaders and are
socially and politically active in Washington DC region have turned out
to be CCP agents or controlled by the Chinese government. This
situation is shocking but true. However, the people assigned by the
U.S. government to contact the elements of democracy movement are
totally unaware of the seriousness of the situation.

To prevent human right activists and leading figures from exposing and
condemning the CCP's war behaviors, the CCP spies and agents have
taken initiatives to launch non-stop defamatory bombardments against
them, to vilify them in the public opinion, to make them reoccupied
with efforts to exculpate themselves without any time to carry out
their important missions.

To accommodate Jiang Zemin's prewar preparations, the CCP spies and
agents in the United States have blatantly intensified their
activities. It is high time for the high-ranking officials in FBI and
CIA and the various U.S. government departments concerning Chinese
affairs to hold a long overdue meeting on how to deal with CCP agents,
to figure out the characteristics of these agents' activities, to
come to a good understanding of their intentions, and to find out the
best way to deal with them. The time may have come for a crackdown.

The CCP used their agents before the outbreak of the war; therefore,
the United States must deal with the issue of these agents before the
war. The side that neglects the war of espionage will certainly lose
the war itself.
