Investigation shows, Peng Ming (Chinese Communist Party member) and Ma
Wenfu (real name Tian Shitang, Chinese Communist Party member), have
been active in eastern US in December 2001. On January 9th of 2002, Liu
Kaishen was murdered in Berkeley of California. One month later, Peng
Ming and Ma Wenfu returned to San Francisco from Thailand. The trip to
Thailand from eastern US was a secret act. During that time, Peng
Ming's 3-frequency cell phone and the phone of his residence in
eastern US were both stopped usage. This year, FBI searched Ma
Wenfu's residence, requested him to appear in San Francisco FBI
office to talk about his and Peng Ming's activities, and ordered him
not to move during that period of time. Ma secretly left the US on the
next day, quitting his application for political asylum. Peng Ming also
received FBI's order of restrictions, including: 1. Do not use any
government title. 2. Rally of activity should not exceed 10 attendees.
3. Report travel itinerary in advance. However, Peng did not follow the
restrictions order. Once he was on the way to Canada, half an hour
before the airplane took off from San Francisco Airport, a couple of
FBI agents boarded and escorted Peng Ming out of the airplane.
Two months after Peng Ming met with Liu Kaishen, Liu was murdered. Liu
Kaishen was the board director of 21st Century Foundation. On Jan. 9th
2002, he was invited to a lunch and then disappeared. He was found dead
by pedestrian around 6pm that afternoon in Berkeley California. Liu
Kaishen died of political murder four hours after he was kidnapped. Six
severe wounds were found in his head. His scalp was found broken and
blood containing 10 times of normal dose of tranquilizer. Tranquilizer
is of common use as sleeping pills in Mainland China. It has long been
suspended in the US. The killer(s) used one empty house for sale to
commit the murder. In other words, one of the houses sold in 2002 in
Berkeley California was the scene of the murder.
Investigation indicates, as early as in 1993, Liu Kaishen started to
observe Wang Deyao and reported to relevant parties in written form.
Liu suspected that Wang was Chinese Communist Party's special agent
and rejected Wang's request to join the foundation. Wang still came
to the radio station (of the foundation) everyday in the name of
volunteer but actually aiming at stealing a glance of letters from
listeners in China. Wang has been to Southeast Asia many times to meet
with Peng Ming. He also deceived the Democracy Education Foundation for
issuing award to Peng Ming and therefore helping Peng come to the
United States. In 1987, while he was on the Monitoring Committee of
China Democracy Alliance that was led by Wang Bingzhang, Wang Deyao was
actually very close to the Chinese Military. He had even lived in the
navy dormitory of China East Sea Navy Force.
Investigation also shows, the 120'000 - word manuscript of
Democracy Project that Peng Ming issued in just 20 days after his
arrival in Thailand, was actually not his handwriting. The way and the
material of its binding belonged to Chinese government's official
binding facility. Handwriting verification proved that the manuscript
was written with two kinds of ball-pen, which were both made in China.
China Development Alliance that Peng Ming established in Mainland China
has trapped quite a lot of people to prison. Back then some oversea
personnel has already suspected that Peng was working for the Chinese
Communist. Since his arrival in the US, with the financial help from
Chinese communist agent Yan Qingxin, Peng has succeeded in trapping Sun
Gang and Lan Yupeng to prison. He also provided fake activity details
to the Chinese Communist Party, pretending to testify for the two
arrested and help them avoid torture. Now it has been proved that the
balloons used at the Sun and Moon Turing Action were all indoor
balloons and not able to fly at all to the TianAnMen Square for
releasing 1000 flyers. Facts told us, the Sun and Moon Turing Action,
the only "anti-Communist" activity that Peng Ming organized in the
3 years since his arrival in the US, was fake in releasing flyers but
real in trapping people to prison!
The plan for Peng Ming to print fake money was originally designed to
trap anti-communist persons and to recall him back to China. After Peng
Ming was "arrested", stories in consistent with China Communist
Party's statement have come forth one after another. They were all
from men of the same line as Peng Ming. It is not hard to tell there
was only one purpose here: possessing fake money proved that Peng Ming
was anti-communist. To hit Peng Ming when he is down is to touch up for
themselves because the little agents working for the communist
republican are very clear about their own fate, that is act, expose,
disguise, fail, be recalled and then be done away as a witness.
