The Set-up of Jiang Zemin's Four-Tier Wartime Teams Complete and Already Running

According to recent news sources, the wartime leadership teams of four
tiers -- from the central government to provincial level to
municipality level to country level --, organized last year when Jiang
Zemin was still in power, have completed their construction and are up
and running today.
Before Jiang Zemin quit his post as Chairman of State Military
Commission, he first of all established a regent body consisting of
five leadership teams. This body demanded every province, municipality
and county to establish its own level of wartime leadership team before
June 2005, with the chiefs of the party, government, and army of each
location and information department as members of the team. In
establishing this covert power system, Jiang Zemin wanted to attain
control of the real power in China and at the same time to make
preparations for the diabolic war he is about launch. Nowadays, the
established four-tier wartime leadership teams are making utmost
efforts to implement the secret documents concerning Taiwan and the
speeches made by Chi Haotian, and at the same time to establish Jiang
Zemin's sublime authority, extolling Jiang Zemin as a "holy" man.
In addition, every local government is working hard to implement the
plan, made in last August by the Department of Organization of the
Central Party Committee, to promote expatriation of the children of
cadres, a campaign supposed to be put in momentum by the voluntary
actions of the children of high-ranking cadres. All of these above are
preparing for cleaning up the United States.
Every local wartime leadership team is implementing its work, working
to unify their understanding and their thinking, to conform to the
policies made by the standing committee of the political bureau and the
regency body, to follow Germany's example in rejuvenating the
country, to realize the country's modernization under the shadow of
the saber, to turn this century into a "Chinese Century," and to
enthrone the "holy man" Jiang Zemin as "the King of the Earth."
