Open Letter to the Highest Department of CCP and its Administration

----From 18 Organizations CSG, IZGH and so on

Central CCP, Dept. of State, Central Military Committee:

We've been watching the proceeding of the two meetings. Although at
the Assembly, Jiang Zemin handed over the power of National Military
Committee Chairman, we hadn't seen Jiang to give up on the highest
power of being the head of all five leaders groups as the prince regent
throughout the Assembly. Neither had we heard of any protest or motion
from the Assembly representatives on the fact that Jiang is still
holding onto the highest power of being the head of all five leaders
groups as the prince regent. This worries all the people in the world
who care about peace. It seems, the "Political Discussion
Conference" and "Assembly" remain to be the "political
vases". It is so disappointing!

Today, people have become familiar with the political operation and its
rules in China: the new leaders on the stage act according to the
instruction given by the old men behind who are really the prince
regents. And the most powerful thing is the so-called "Leaders
groups" which rule out of and above the administration. This is the
utmost work of modern prince regents. Jiang set up these five leaders
groups when he was in power in order to continue to wield his power
after he retires. These five leaders groups headed by Jiang himself are
the most powerful and most dangerous political pending swords. So long
as Jiang keeps holding onto these powers, so long as he has one breath
left, the new leaders of the Party, Administration and Military will
dare not rule by their own wills inside China and out of China, the
world peace will be still threatened.

The news is, one of Jiang Zemin's eyes is blind, the other half
blind; his limbs have shrunk, his body deformed, and he can't walk
without others supporting him---he is dying any minute now. For a dying
man, the stress of highest power of five leader groups remains on him
makes the current administration seem to be so cruel. If he is so
severely sick, relieve him of all the highest power of five leader
groups should make perfect sense and give him a peaceful retired life.
Jiang has the ambition to stay as the prince regent and to wait for a
chance to start a world war to beat US and its allied countries so to
gain hegemony in the world, and to eventually realize his ambition of
setting up Jiang's dynasty. This will cause great havoc for human
kind. Dismiss Jiang from these five posts is to stop him from
committing a huge crime, to reduce a big item from the list of his
personal crimes.

Whether from the points of the world, China or Jiang Zemin's personal
view, to dismiss Jiang from these five posts is a good full stop. These
five leaders groups and the corresponding titles are: Central Policy
group, central diplomacy group, national war preparation group,
anti-Taiwan-independence and anti-foreign military interference
headquarters, the first political committee member of Zhongnanhai
guarding troop. (in charge of protecting the lives of the national
leaders and their families).

We appeal to Central CCP, Dept. of State, Central Military Committee to
practice the respective powers given by Chinese laws, to take over the
powers of the five leaders groups headed by Jiang Zemin, so to let
Chinese people, the world people enjoy a peaceful life.

We hereby also ask Central CCP, Dept. of State, Central Military
Committee pass on the following messages to Mr. Jiang Zemin:

Only when one knows when to retire, can one enjoy the freedom of
movement and triumph. Otherwise, even the best strategist will end up
failed.
It is a heavenly rule that one retires at the peak of his fame.
"Huge thief of a country" and "King of Terror" are not good
titles and they are still notorious 10 thousand years later. Mr. Jiang
is a smart man.
