Representatives of 6,000 Chinese Legal Person Organizations, over
100,000 Chain organizations and 40,000,000 members gathered at UN
Headquarters, urging Jiang Zemin to resign from the post of Prince
Regent and appealing to the whole world to pay heed to Mr. Zhang
Hongbao's warning.

at the time when Chinese National People's Assembly and Political
Discussion Conference were just ended, over 100 representatives from 18
organizations, such as Chinese Shadow Government, International
Zhonggong Headquarters, Chinese Qilin Group, US Tianhua Group,
representing 6,000 Chinese Legal Person Organizations, over 100,000
Chain organizations and 40,000,000 members marched to the UN
Headquarters and Chinese Embassy in N. Y.C., requesting Jiang Zemin to
resign from the post of Prince Regent. Westerner groups like US China
Support Net, Chinese electronic lobbyists, US women's rights
association also attended the gathering as sponsors.
Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance, World Chinese Federation,
Chinese Laborers' Association, Chinese Democratic Party World
Association, Chinese Republican Party, China Abolishing Laogai
Association, Chinese Social Democracy Party (West Coast Branch), Qilin
Culture Vintage Magazine, World Chinese Net, Tianhua Culture Net,
Tianhua Xiuyuan, and CCP Political Reformation Promotion Committee are
all the sponsors for this activity. Among them, International Zhonggong
Headquarters has 38 million members; Chinese Qilin Group has over 6,000
legal person branches at and above the level of counties, over 100,000
town and village branches; Tianhua Group is an international
organization that has branch offices in Europe, US, Asia, Australia and
Africa; Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance has over 100
political branches; World Chinese Federation has over 300 overseas
Chinese organization members. Representatives came from the East and
West coasts of US and D.C. The main stream media of US and Chinese
media were all present to interview on the spot.
The gathering in front of UN Headquarters was hosted by John Kusumi,
chairman of China Support Net; Betty from US Women's Rights
Association and Chen Lin from CSG read aloud "the Appeal to UN and
all the People who Love peace in the World" in both English and
Chinese, representing the 18 sponsor units. The Appeal pointed out,
"Jiang Zemin played the game of changing the column for the beam, and
altered the power structure in China so after he handed over the
superficial highest power, he can still use his small leaders groups to
control the whole country, control beyond laws, beyond the
administration. He still clings onto the highest power over the "five
leaders groups" at the core of Party and administration and military
power structure. And yet, the representatives at the two meetings dared
not to question this which only shows how powerful Jiang's prince
regent's control. The fact that Jiang is not resigning from this post
proves that Jiang has bigger ambition and proves that Mr. Zhang
Hongbao's judgment on Jiang's ambition and strategic goals in his
article "CCP's Post-nuclear Super Weapons and Its Geostrategic Goa"
was right. Jiang Zemin is trying to make use of his power to start a
war of "wiping out US and taking over the globe", so to realize his
"Emperor" dream. Jiang claimed to be too sick to attend the two
meetings, is simply to play the trick of "Si Mayi pretended to be
sick so to take over Wei dynasty"; Jiang put on a show of "aiming
the small but actually hitting the big; claiming to attack the east but
actually attacking the west and sneaking through Chencang" so he can
deceive his rivals. Westerners do not understand Chinese traditional
strategy and may ignore Mr. Zhang's warning. Yet, Jiang Zemin and his
men's reaction to Mr. Zhang only showed Mr. Zhang's value and
weight. These reactions from Jiang showed that Mr. Zhang's article
was like a precision bomb, hitting right onto Jiang's heart. On the
other hand, we can see that if US and its allied countries and the
whole democratic world ignore Mr. Zhang's warning, and Jiang gets his
scheme ready, then the whole world will lost the opportunity to
counterattack, since Jiang Zemin is going to use the post-nuclear super
weapons onto US and its allied countries at the same time. The Appeal
is to all the democratic countries, to US President and Congress, to UN
Secretary-in-General and the Security Council and all the people who
love peace in the world to pay high attention to the warning given by
Mr. Zhang in his article "CCP's Post-nuclear Super Weapons and Its
Geostrategic Goa" and adopt corresponding measures. At the same time,
the Appeal is also to UN and all democratic countries to exert pressure
to Jiang to force him to hand over the highest post of reigning over
the "five leaders groups", to stop him to start the terror war. Shi

In front of the Chinese Embassy of N. Y., Zhou Yongjun,
Secretary-in-general of Chinese Anti-Political-Persecution Alliance,
and who was also the College Association Chair in Tiananmen Square
student movement in 1989, Xing Lu representing International Zhonggong
Headquarters read aloud "Open Letter to the Highest Department of CCP
and its Administration" in both English and Chinese. In the letter,
they asked Central CCP, Dept. of State, Central Military Committee
pass on the following messages to Mr. Jiang Zemin:
Only when one knows when to retire, can one enjoy the freedom of
movement and triumph. Otherwise, even the best strategist will end up
failed.
It is a heavenly rule that one retires at the peak of his fame.
"Huge thief of a country" and "King of Terror" are not good
titles and they are still notorious 10 thousand years later.
The representatives also held a banner saying "Support Mr. Zhang
Hongbao to promote political reformation in China and fight for rights
and democracy for Chinese people". The Banner of CSG also appeared in
front of UN and Chinese Embassy for the first time. The Chinese media
in N.Y. C. and major US media kept track and reported on the spot. New
York Dongsheng TV Station videotaped the whole process. US police were
sent over to maintain order.
