Urge "Jiang" to Give up His Power for the Peace of the World

Jiang Zemin will hand over his power once it is the time? This seems to
have been a definite answer. When people inside and out of China are
being blindly optimistic, when the international society started to
exclaim, Mr. Zhang Hongbao, the head of CSG published his shockingly
refreshing work "China's Non- and Its National Military Strategic
Goal".
Mr. Zhang Hongbao pointed out in this article: in the past two years,
"before Jiang Zemin retired, he had quietly changed the
Party-Administration-Military power structure of China into a new
structure of 5 "leaders group", with himself as the heads of them
all. They are: Central Policy group, central diplomacy group, national
war preparation group, anti-Taiwan-independence and anti-foreign
military interference headquarters, the first political committee
member of Zhongnanhai guarding troop. (in charge of protecting the
lives of the national leaders and their families)". "People who are
familiar with Chinese politics know that, in China, "leaders group"
is the core of the power. "Leader group" has the power to manage
the country beyond laws. It sounds simply a group, but it is actually a
huge power center and the head of the group is the real ruler of this
group, just like the "retired" emperor ruling behind the puppet
emperor. The head of this group is an existence beyond the limits of
age, time range of his reign, laws." In another word, Jiang Zemin is
still having the highest power in China. He decides "central
policies", "national military strategies", diplomacy policies,
Taiwan policies, even the life or death of the high ranking officials
and their families. Mr. Zhang pointed out, "Jiang Zemin quietly
finished his goal of stealing the control of the Party, the country,
the military, yet on the surface, people only saw that Jiang stepped
down when the time was up, and CCP materialized a smooth switch of
powers and it's time that everybody breathes easily. Some said this
is the victory of the pressure from inside the Party; some said it is
the victory of anti-Jiang movement. But few saw that, Jiang's
stepping down on time was based on the fact that he has arranged for
the complete control by him and all the stepping down was just a
show".
In the 15 years under Jiang Zemin's ruling, he has committed multiple
crimes, esp. in human rights. Under his leadership, Chinese society has
sunken deep into corruption, on the edge of collapsing. Jiang Zemin
started "Chinese style corruption culture". Today's Jiang Zemin
is hated by thousands of people, facing dozens of criminal lawsuits in
the world. Jiang knows that, only when he can continue to be the leader
of China, can he enjoy the exemption applied to national leaders; only
when he turns Chinese political system into a Jiang dynasty, can he
ensure that his family will not be driven out after his death. For his
evil selfish purpose, Jiang tried every means to stay in power. We are
witnessing: Jiang and his men are working day and night at shifting the
political system in China into a son-succeeding-father one; scheming
the extremely cruel, large-scale, so-called "developing new
frontier" war. At present, they've entered such a stage---in their
own words, they've mastered the post-nuclear super weapons to destroy
democracy.
We believe, if Jiang is let to stay in power, China will not have
peace, nor will the world.
For the world peace, for a peaceful environment for China to evolve,
Jiang Zemin has to hand over all the powers that he stole.
Recently, we noticed, European Union are planning to lift the ban on
weapon deals with China. We respect the choice made by Western
statesmen, but we have to remind you here: once the weapons of mass
destruction are in the hands of Jiang Zemin and his men, it will not be
a simple addition to China's military power and a matter of balancing
the military powers on the two sides of Taiwan Strait. The most
dangerous issue is, Jiang Zemin and his men are designing mass terror
war, and you are to lift the ban of selling weapons to Jiang---what you
are doing is virtually helping Jiang, the king of terror, to destroy
peace in the world and to bring a great havoc to human kinds. And this
great havoc will befall onto all the Western allied countries. This is
not a threat out of blue, neither a political bias. Please just read
Mr. Zhang Hongbao's "CCP's Post-nuclear Super Weapons and Its
Geostrategic Goal". We believe, with your political wisdom, you are
able to jump out of the limits of "recent interests", and adopt the
perspective of "long-term interests". We request that European
Union will make the connection between lifting the weapon ban and Jiang
Zemin's power handover, i.e. there will be no mentioning lifting the
weapon ban before Jiang Zemin hands over all his powers.
This is right before the Third meeting of the 10th National People's
Assembly which is going to be held on March 5th, 2005 in Beijing, we
decided to write this letter of appeal to the representatives of the
meeting: please effectively use the power given by Chinese people to
urge Jiang Zemin to hand over all the powers, for the hidden disaster
later, for the world peace and harmony, for Chinese people's future
and interests.
China doesn't want Jiang Zemin, the international society can't
have the butcher of human rights, king of terror Jiang Zemin. We appeal
to all the peace-loving people in the world, all the statesmen who care
about China, all the overseas Chinese: let us supervise the power
evolution in China, until Jiang Zemin get off the political stage.
We hope Chinese politics will completely get rid of the rotten system
of "prince regent"! Let China stride toward modernization, toward
democracy and Republic!
