The Clamor for War at "ZT" Signals the Imminence of a Sino-American
War
Commentator of Information Department of China Shadow Government

"ZT" is originally an abbreviation of Chinese pinyin for "a
pasted article from another website." However, at this junction
before the outbreak of Sino-American war, the CCP institutions
specialized in public opinion warfare have plagiarized this word and
used it as their penname, for in Chinese pinyin, "Z" is included in
"China," and "T" is included in "special," thus forming a
coincidence with ZT as "a pasted article from another website."

Recently we have witnessed the emergence in various Chinese websites of
many articles with ZT as the penname of the authors, articles that try
to incite hatred against America and anti-American emotions. Just as it
is described in the comments on Jiang Zemin's diabolic war made by
the Office of Strategic Research of the Shadow Government of China,
neither name nor source is attached to their propaganda, but these
articles are still very effective in serving their demagogical
purposes. However, the institutions of special information of their
opponents are unable to determine whether these articles are true or
fabricated, resulting in the tardiness in the decision-making
processes.

Among the articles we have compiled, "The Only Way Is Eliminating
America" is evidently a denunciation of America, very concise and
perspicuous in style, an article that tries to impale America in the
cross of shame and doom. The second article, "A Declassified
Department of Special Information," tries to coerce and threaten
those people who have divulged CCP's information and betrayed CCP.
This article goes to extremes to condemn those people who have turned
against CCP: if you betray CCP, you'll die without a burying place!
It seems that CCP pays very much attention to special information and
espionage and has included information war into its preliminary work
before the outbreak of the Sino-American War. The third article "Ran
Min: A National Hero," is ostensibly an article that tries to restore
Ran Min's reputation, to eulogize Ran Min's historical
accomplishments. Actually, this article is promoting the concept that
whoever can gain living space for the Han people will be a true
national hero. The article implies that the aggression soon to be
launched by Jiang Zemin and his followers is a heroic action that is
going to obtain living space for the nation. This article labels acts
of killing Hu people and even acts of genocide as glorious deeds for
the nation. At this historical juncture, Jiang Zemin and his followers,
in picking up lethal weapons from the waste bin of history, have
revealed their malicious intentions. The fact that "ZT" attempts to
disseminate so many articles loaded with clamors for war has
demonstrated two things: first, Jiang Zemin and his followers want to
win maximum support from the public opinion for their war against
America; secondly, people begin to feel that the rising wind forebodes
the coming storm.

In view of the operational methods used by the propaganda organs of
Jiang Zemin's diabolic war, their work has indeed surpassed the
opinion preparation for war made by Nazi Germany. Because they do not
reveal their identities, they are able to hit the target every time. At
the same time, they have confused their opponents, who even mistaken it
as noise produced by the society or by hardliners in the military.
Evidently, Jiang Zemin and his followers have carefully designed this
public opinion war before the outbreak of war. Sensitive people may not
have much difficulty in sensing from these articles some smell of
gunpowder before the Sino-American War.

Chi Haotian said that war is approaching us. Can we interpret his
saying as implying that China and America will go to war immediately?
It is a pity that, judging from the Americans' military maneuverings
in the Pacific Battle Zone and the behaviors of American leaders,
people are unable to perceive that Americans have achieved any profound
understanding of the imminence of the war between China and America.
They can only foresee that China and Taiwan may go into war in 2 years,
China and Japan may have conflicts, and the United States may intervene
when the conflicts occur. Right now America stays on the strategic
level of only using "war preparation" to stop China from going into
war; it seems that America in on the brinks of destruction.

In making this statement we are not trying to bring bad luck to
America. According to someone's analysis (we only wish that this were
not true), the American President and Vice-President have their own
presidential interest and family interest. They are unwilling to wage a
true anti-terror war (or anti-diabolic-war) in the remainder of their
tenure, because they know that it is difficult to win a war and if they
lose the war, their previous accomplishments will be erased. Leaving
them with notoriety and infamy in history. And the secretary of state
tends to hope that in her tenure the world will be peaceful in general;
a mutually beneficial Sino-American relationship, especially, will give
credit to the political career of the secretary of state. In three
years, based on her accomplishments, she will be able to defeat her
rivals such as Hillary Clinton and become American President. If a war
breaks out and America wins, the person who is most likely to receive
greatest benefit from the war will be the Secretary of Defense
Rumsfield. If it is the case, then the person who becomes the President
will not be the Secretary of State, but the Secretary of Defense. Both
the Defense Secretary and the Head of CIA are hardliners and both of
them advocate fighting the war; however, because of the extent to which
they understand China's political situation and Jiang Zemin and
because of the extent to which they are capable of mastering, analyzing
and judging the information, they are unable to see that the
arrangement of waging a decisive battle against America was made as
early as the days of Deng Xiaoping. Since that time CCP has spent its
limited monetary resources on the research and development of
unsymmetrical weapons. They have not spent money on the time/money
consuming weapons for a five-dimensional war; they have focused their
resources on sophisticated weapons that can be used to "clean up"
America. CCP is making much noise about Taiwan and Japan but does not
really intend to wage a war against them. The CCP Diabolic War Clique
is well aware that it can easily defeat the weak enemies, but in doing
so it may result in a total exposure of its own military strength, and
the strong opponent will take advantage of CCP's weaknesses and
launch an attack. On the other hand, if CCP uses its fatal "lethal
weapons" to launch a direct attack on the big opponent and defeat
Uncle Sam, then the small enemy nations will give in automatically. CCP
is determined to win the war at all cost, for they believe that the
three "lethal weapons" developed by CCP are weapons that American
cannot defend itself against. Jiang Zemin's Clique for the Diabolic
War has attained its confidence from a thorough research on the
strengths and weaknesses of both sides. Chi Haotian's clamor for war
signals their impatience, not only because they are getting old but
also because they are apprehensive that once these secretes have been
exposed by Zhang Hongbao, the United States will be able to take
preventive measures. CCP is quite aware that for any offensive weapon,
there will be a defensive weapon to parry it off.

The United States is responsible for maintaining world peace. It is
time for America to renew its study on CCP's arrangement of waging a
war against the United States. We hope that something similar to
Hitler's deception of Stalin and capture of 3.8 million Soviet
soldiers in a surprise attack will not be repeated during President
Bush's tenure in this century.
