Ms. Richardson, Please take the time to read this through, I know it is quite long but I am not a skilled writer like you and I could only tell the story the way I do everything. I am sure it will be worth your time if you really want to get to the Truth about what is taking place in Burns, Oregon and Harney County.
I read your article about the standoff at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon, and the statements of Robert W. Taylor, a professor at the University of Texas at Dallas, Randal O’Toole, senior fellow at the libertarian Cato Institute and calling this The Malheur occupation. I also seen where billboard showing a photo of Harney County law enforcement officers signs that have been put up by those who oppose the protest in Burn, Oregon and Harney county. I am sure you are aware of what PYSOPS is; those signs have been put up by those who have something to gain in this matter. Have you been to Burns, Oregon, spoken with the people to find out what really is going on?
What I find strange that no one, not a single Media Outlet, nor News Media Outlet is reporting on the real issue in Burns, Oregon and Harney County as well as other rural areas around the Mid-Western States such as Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Washington, Montana, and Wyoming. This issue with the BLM and the Farmers and Ranchers goes deeper than Burns, Oregon, or the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. These men and women who farm and ranch these lands supplying us with our grain, vegetables and meat are being harassed by the BLM, or forced to sell their property to the BLM over unpaid taxes or other means for the sole purpose of gaining said property because the land that they own has been found to hold vast amounts of minerals or the piece of land is in the way of a project being brokered by elected officials in government to make Millions.
The Bundy's came to Burns, Oregon to stand up with and for the Hammond Family. At the time they were there as a peaceful demonstration because Mr. Hammond and his son had been ordered back to prison according to an October 7, 2015 press release from the Obama Department of Justice by Chief U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken although these two men had already served time in prison for the crimes that they were alleged to have committed that being burning public land. When in fact the BLM had been doing burn offs and during a time of season when they were not suppose to do any burning i.e. the month of July. What I find interesting is that under our Government and the Judicial System you cannot be tried for the same crime TWICE. That is called Double Jeopardy yet because the Prosecuting Attorney changed the title to terrorist this gave them the ammunition to recharge the Hammond's, when the original Judge who heard the case did not feel the Hammonds were guilty of Terrorism and so he gave them a lighter sentence.
In 2012 District Judge Michael Hogan (now retired) sentenced the son to 12 months and 1 day and his father to 3 months for fires that were set in 2001. Judge Hogan said he believed that these two men did not have malicious intent to be labeled as terrorists under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 even though he sentenced them to prison for the time he did.
Yet, because Loretta Lynch who is head of the Department of Justice made a phone call to whoever the power may be the Hammond’s were required to return to prison on the judgment of Chief U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken. Why would the Department of Justice be so interested in this case that had already been tried, and sentenced, and served prison time in 2012 for a crime that was committed 12 years before in 2001 and that the two men accused of setting these fires had already served time in prison.
Here is where the story lies. This is all factual record if you want to take the time and research it
The reason that the DOJ became interested in this 12 year old crime and the 2 men had already served time is because the property that the Hammond Ranch is located on along with other ranchers in the area who have already gave up the fight with the BLM and turned their property over to them. The real reason isn’t so Obama can make a National Monument. The real reason is the Uranium Ore underground on the Hammond’s and other rancher’s property in the County.
It is because Hillary Clinton along with her husband Bill sold the mineral rights to a Russian Mining Company by the name of Uranium One and it so happens that the Uranium sits on the Hammonds property and the other ranchers in the area. Hillary Clinton while she was the Secretary of State she and her husband made a deal with a Russian Mining Company giving them exclusive rights to mine Uranium Ore out of the ground in and around the Hammond’s Ranch as well as the others. The Clinton’s were paid 2.3 Million Dollars by the CEO of Uranium One and Bill Clinton was paid an additional $500,000.00 for a speaking engagement which was designed to help push up stocks for the company.
At the end of my information I will provide you all the evidence. It will be up to you to decide to follow the story and report the truth or to ignore it or fail to act on it because your next in your Chain of Command won’t allow you to report this stealing of land to rape the state of Oregon and the citizens of Harney County of their Minerals. However the truth is known by Millions at this time thanks to Social Media. Yes Millions. Within my family of face book groups I have over a Million members, they in turn have their friends in other groups and we have been on top of this since day one, same as we were on the Bundy Families issue two years ago.
Now with that said and as Paul Harvey would say, AND NOW THE REST OF THE STORY
I am sure you are aware of the Bundy Stand Off two years ago. Did you ever try and dig into the story and what was really going on with the BLM and the Bundy Property, Harry Reid and his son’s involvement with the Chinese to put energy making wind panels in the desert which would have netted Reid and his son Millions had the deal gone through. This had nothing to do with the habitat of a Desert Tortoise and the cattle were stepping on them. This had to do with gaining said property for development. The BLM and the Government had no idea that the ranchers in that community would ban together and say NO.
You will never know how close this came to a range war that day. What I cannot understand is why Harry Reid is still in office and not in prison making a deal for profit with the Communist Chinese. But then you have to look at the situation in Oregon, the Clintons, the BLM (again) and the move to take ranchers property for personal gain.
But now blood has been spilled. A good man has died, who really killed Mr. Finicum? Do you really think that a State Trooper(s) were the ones who pulled the trigger? Do you really think it was the FBI? From my sources it is alleged that the people who killed Mr. Finicum were mercenaries who were trained in Israel by the Israeli Intelligence (Mossad).
Everything had been going fine in Burns, Oregon. The Hammond’s were going back to prison, for a crime they had already served time for but the Bundy Brothers, Mr. Finicum and others came on the scene. Those involved didn’t plan on this. I would venture to guess what caused the Bundy’s and others that were in the know at the time to go from a peaceful demonstration to an armed occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge was that they had found out what was really happening in Burns, Oregon, Harney County and the surrounding counties.

Now let US take a look at all the players in this Kabuki Theater.
President Obama and Loretta Lynch--- Obama had made the statement to level the Hammond Ranch for he was going to turn it into a National Monument Area. Then you have Loretta Lynch opening up a 12 year old case where the Hammonds had already served time in 2012 having them sent back to prison because the DOJ felt they did NOT spend enough time in prison.
Why would the DOJ be so interested in a family of ranchers?
Governor Kaye Brown--- a Democrat and first Bisexual Governor in the Nation, she was not elected but appointed to the position because the previous Governor had to resign do to criminal activity in accepting money. Her newly appointed Legal Counsel is a former Advisor to Hillary Clinton when she was a New York Senator. It is well known that Kate Brown is a Brown Nose Supporter of Hillary Clinton. It was Kate Brown who contacted Loretta Lynch of the Department of Justice and Obama at the White House to intercede and have the FBI bring the Occupation at the Wildlife Refuge to a close. By doing so, Governor Kate Brown was essentially setting the stage for another WACO and she achieved her goal.
Mr. Finicum was Murdered when he and others were trying to go to a Town Hall Meeting in the town over from Burns, Oregon where 400 people were waiting for them to explain to the people what the objective was for the Occupation, and provide them with the evidence of the corruption that was taking place in their County by their Elected Officials and the Land Grab so that Uranium One Mining Company could come in and start taking Their Natural Resources. There were over 400 people at this Town Hall Meeting and when they found out what happened, that one of the speakers had been killed and the others arrested they were visibly shook up and seen crying.
It is also known that Kate Brown is a close friend with both George Soros and Tom Steyer (Both Billionaires) and support a One World Order.
Chief U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken--- President Bill Clinton nominated her to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
It was she who sent Mr. Dwight Hammond 73 and his son Mr. Steven Hammond back to Prison after they had already served time for the Charge of Arson which was burning off the underbrush, the same thing the BLM was doing and doing it out of season. Although the Federal Charge of Arson on Federal Land carries a minimum sentence of 5 years.
Judge Michael Hogan felt that the crime they committed did not fit the punishment for the crime.
District Judge Michael Hogan said he believed that these two men did not have malicious intent to be labeled as terrorists under the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 even though he sentenced them to prison for the time he did.
Do you realize federal minimum sentences are unconstitutional especially where there’s no jurisdiction and mitigating circumstances? Do you know that all unfunded mandates to the states are illegal as well?
In addition, Chief U.S. District Judge Ann Aiken two sons have formed a group called Getting Occupiers of the Historic Oregon Malheur Evicted - G.O.H.O.M.E. They formed this organization after Mr. Finicum was murdered, when 95% of the persons who were at the Wildlife Refuge had left and there were only 4 remaining 3 men and 1 woman. Their goal is to turn the Malheur Protestors at the Wildlife Refuge Center against itself. This is Interesting in itself, why would they form such an organization when there are only 4 people remaining at the Wildlife Refuge Center at this time?
It is also noted that they have a web site set up to take donations for 4 charities which they selected. Those 4 Charities being Non-Profit Organizations are as follows:

This organization supports more stringent gun laws Americans for Responsible Solutions to encourage elected officials to stand up for solutions to prevent gun violence and protect responsible gun ownership. Amanda Marshall---Federal Prosecutor appointed by President Barrack Obama. Federal Prosecutor Amanda Marshall over stepped her jurisdiction by Insisting to overrule the original judge's order where he stated, "The mandatory sentence was cruel and unusual punishment".
It is alleged that the Hammonds received threats from Amanda Marshall’s justice dept stating," If you talk to anyone about this we will send Dwight and Steven to a less than desirable prison". That would essentially be a death sentence for Dwight Hammond 73. Amanda Marshall the federal prosecutor was under investigation and has resigned claiming health reasons, (PTSD). Harney County Judge Steve Grasty--- On the Monday before Mr. Finicum was Murdered, Harney County Judge Grasty in an interview said that the occupation at the Wildlife Refuge had gone on long enough. Grasty said. “Are they going to arrest these people? Are they going to blockade the facility? Judge Grasty pointed out that the FBI’s lack of action in this situation has only bolstered resentment toward the government. Federal officials have repeatedly stated that they’ve taken a measured approach to the occupation, which began Jan. 2, because they don’t want to escalate the situation into a violent conflict. Yet because of both Governor Kate Brown and Judge Steven Grasty that is exactly what they did, they forced the FBI to take aggressive action and what should have been a simple road block turned out to be a MURDER. There is no mistake, it was Cold Blooded Murder, various law enforcement people along with others have picked the video apart of the Murder of Mr. Finicum and there is No excuse for what took place
Mr. Finicum when the Agents turned their lights on stopped in the middle of the road, the Agents got out of their vehicles and took up positions to where they had vantage points and windows of opportunity to fire and that is what they did. Ryan Payne who was in the vehicle with Mr. Finicum, Ryan Bundy , Shauna Cox and Victoria Sharp stuck his hands outside the window in a gesture showing he was not armed and the Agents then took a shot at him, missing him but hitting the passenger mirror.
At this time Ryan Payne exited the truck and surrendered, however the two girls in the truck were so afraid and said they were not getting out of the truck, therefore, Mr. Finicum knowing that this was not going to end well tried to make a run to the next county where he was to meet with the Sheriff of that county. But unknown to him, the Agents had a Barricade Road Block (Which is Illegal) set up and it was set to where no one could see it due to a curve and by the time a driver rounded that curve they were in direct line with the barricade.
That is what happened to Mr. Finicum. He came around the curve, seen that he could not stop, although he was applying the brakes, but instead of hitting the barricade head on he elected to drive the truck into a snow bank. If you have paid any attention to the video (the enhanced version) you will see that the Agent who stepped out in front of the truck took the first shot. Mr. Finicum came out of the truck, hands in the air, and was walking towards the two agents facing him. One shot Mr. Finicum in the right side and that is when you see him reach around to his right side, not going for a pistol (which he did not have) and that shooter ducks back between the vehicles and then the Agent facing Mr. Finicum in a shooters stance takes the next shot.
You can see at this time Mr. Finicum is trying to get away and appears to be heading back to the truck when the Agent in the wood line shoots him in the back with a high powered rifle which put Mr. Finicum down. But that’s not the end of it. IF you know what you are looking at you will see that they shot him several more times while he was down as well as firing on the truck and hitting Ryan Bundy in the Arm. There is no doubt in my mind and those like me who have military service backgrounds and knowing how a body reacts when it is struck by a bullet that this was a Premeditated Murder. An Ambush if you will.
I am sure you are asking WHY, WHY WOULD THEY KILL HIM.
The answer goes to what documents did he and the Bundy’s have with them that they were taking to this town hall meeting. They were about to expose the corruption in Harney County and the Judge Grasty and Sheriff Ward’s involvement in what the BLM’s real motive was for wanting to foreclose on the Hammonds Ranch. The Judge in that town has about every public service job that there is besides being the Judge.
His Sheriff, Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward who prior to being Appointed by Judge Grasty, not Elected to the position of Sheriff, before becoming the Sheriff he was a member of the BLM, working for the BLM and was a witness in the trial of the Hammonds that put them in prison. So I would venture to say that a lot of people were concerned on what the Bundy’s and Mr. Finicum had discovered that was really behind the BLM and their taking over the rancher’s property in Harney County.
Myself, and others believe that Sheriff Ward was witness to the Murder of Mr. Finicum due to his demeanor at the day of the FBI Press Conference for when he stepped up to the mike to speak, Judge Grasty stepped over to Sheriff Ward’s left side standing next to him giving the impression he was there in case Sheriff Ward broke script. If you watch the FBI Press Conference you will see that the Senior FBI person and the others who speak are very controlled, and deliberate in what they portray as they tell of the events. However, when Sheriff Ward comes up to the Mike, he is very flushed in the face and when he starts speaking he cannot control his emotions and it appeared he was about to cry (And it is my opinion why Judge Grasty was standing right next to him) in case he did lose it.
I think Sheriff Ward BIT OFF MORE THAN HE COULD CHEW.
Myself I hold Governor Brown and Judge Grasty responsible for the escalation of this standoff.
If they had NOT forced the FBI’s hand Demanding them to bring this to an end, Mr. Finicum may still be alive today, but there is always a reason something happens and I don’t believe his death is going to be in vain for the truth is now out on What is really taking place in Harney County, and who is involved.
I hope that I have provided the proof on the connection between Governor Brown, Judge Aiken, Amanda Marshall, with President Obama, DOJ Loretta Lynch, Bill Clinton, and Hillary Clinton to connect the dots as to say.

1st, the FBI canceled the Friday meeting with Ammon Bundy because they were scared to be seen on Camera.
