Any Exam Centres of IGNOU in KSA?

Hi dears,

One of my friend wants to do Bachelor Degree thru Correspondence Course/Distrance Education.
He is presently working in Saudi Arabia. So, if anybody know whether there is any examination centres for
Calicut University, IGNOU or any other recognized university in Saudi Arabia.
