Lowe’s to hire 300 IT workers

Lowe’s Co’s. Inc. plans to hire as many as 300 information-technology workers, including 150 new positions. The new hires will join more than 1,000 full-time IT workers currently employed by the home-improvement retailer.
Positions are open in fields that include business analysis, engineering, communications networking, e-commerce, application development, program and project management. The positions will be based at Lowe’s corporate headquarters in Mooresville.

Lowe’s (NYSE:LOW) has 1,750 stores in North America. The company was founded in 1946.
