While my son was watching Ravens Home on disney plus, as soon as he hit season 4 episode 1, the episode will play for about 3.5 minutes and then try to skip to the next episode. I spent over 2 hours online with tech support from disney plus, and did everything they could think of including a full factory reset of the roku, creating a new account on disney plus, and nothing worked. Is anyone else having this issue? It happened to us on The Mystery of Sulfur Springs season 2 as well...

This is still an issue, only now it is with "Secrets of Sulphur Springs. I watched episode 9 but within minutes of watching episode 10, it minimizes and gets ready to play episode 11. I turned off autoplay, but it made no difference. Has been going on since Feb 12.

Please be advised that Roku only rents and transmits the channel and is not responsible for the content. Contents are directly chosen by the respective channel and we have no control over the programming or operation of it. We would recommend contacting the channel directly for more information and assistance.

I never did get the issue fixed. My son had to watch it on the Disney plus app on my phone to get the episodes to play all the way through. So it is in fact an issue with the roku whether they want to admit to it or not.

Nope they absolutely refuse to admit it's on their end. Complete bs. I do the same as far as screen mirror but same with battery usage. I'll be switching to a fire stick or another service soon because rokus CS is **bleep**.

Aaah, I thought it was new episode Wednesday, so that explains that one.

It's post writers strike @Mrsjayy. In the US it looks like they had a one week hiatus after episode 6 or 7. But we've had only to episode 5 and we're now on week 2 of nothing new.

Srry, realised my second post was confusing.

Greys/Station 19 - it appears to be MY mistake as it's thursdays, not wednesdays.

NCIS/NCIS Hawaii was definitely Wednesdays and we're now on week 2 of no show after seeing the first 5. In the US, they had a one week break after week 6.

Greys anatomy is currently on mid-season break and will be back on the 16th. It's back in the US today.

Because of the writers' strike, there are only 10 episodes this season, hence the early mid season break.

Especially sad to have short seasons as Station 19 has been cancelled so this is the last one. I was confused on Thursday too. Recommend 911 if you want something similar, new season of that just started on Disney.

It's so annoying. Waited about a year for a new season because of the writers strikes, I left it run a few weeks so I didn't have to try and remember what had happened ages ago, get into it and it stop. Then went to watch it last night and it's bloody stopped again. I'm gutted about station 19, I much prefer it to Grey's.

I think what's also annoying is that information is opaque. At least on Sky, you get adverts saying when it's coming back a few weeks ahead of time. But on Disney and other channels it just comes out of nowhere and even when you google it, there's very little info. There's probably an information flow here that the streaming services aren't getting right.

Why isnt grey anatomy on today now we missed two episodes episode's 6 and 7 now it's stupid to wait I hope they come on soon because we missed last weeks as well episode 6 I hope we dont miss another one next week

Why isnt 6 and 7 on Disney plus in the UK

Even bigger news for fans of the 2D animation was the release of The Sign, the show's longest episode yet, which clocked in at 28 minutes -- the equivalent of four normal Bluey episodes. The special saw the Heeler family getting ready for "the wedding of the year" between babysitter Frisky and their uncle Radley. And then Disney rolled out Surprise this past weekend, with Bluey and Bingo dragooning their dad into two games at once.

The Sign was released on Disney Plus on April 14, and on April 20, Disney announced a pop-up episode called Surprise, which dropped on April 21. Viewers could watch the series on ABC Kids in Australia, and globally on Disney Junior, Disney Channel and Disney Plus.

ABC's online streaming service iview is available on a wide range of mobile and smart devices, and has dedicated iOS and Android apps. Best of all, is totally free for residents of Australia to access and doesn't require a cable login. All you have to do us provide a few details to create an account (email address, region, gender, date of birth) in order to start streaming right away.

Sign up for a standalone Disney Plus subscription in the US with or without ads, or choose one of its bundle options. Disney packages its streaming services together -- Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN -- at a discount, letting you bundle two or three platforms in a single subscription. There are four bundles available now: Duo Basic, Duo Premium, Trio Basic and Trio Premium.

In the UK, Disney Plus Standard is priced at 8 per month or 80 per year, and includes download functionality and no adverts. Disney Plus Premium costs 11 per month or 110 per year and allows you to stream on four devices at once, as well as in 4K and HDR, plus enhanced Dolby Atmos audio.

A VPN is the best way to encrypt your traffic and stop your ISP from throttling your speeds. Using a VPN is also a great idea if you're traveling and find yourself connected to a Wi-Fi network and want to add an extra layer of privacy for your devices and logins. Streaming TV can be a bit smoother with a reliable, quality VPN that's passed our tests and security standards.

You can use a VPN to stream content legally as long as VPNs are allowed in your country and you have a valid subscription to the streaming service you're using. The US and Canada are among the countries where VPNs are legal, but we advise against streaming or downloading content on illegal torrent sites. We recommend ExpressVPN, but you may opt for another provider from our best list, such as Surfshark or NordVPN.

Follow the VPN provider's instructions for installation and choose a country where Bluey is streaming on Disney Plus. Before you open the streaming app, make sure you're connected to your VPN using your selected region. If you want to stream the TV show on more than one device, it's possible you'll need to configure each one to ensure you're signed in. Go to settings and check your network connections to verify you're logged in and connected to your VPN account. Now you're ready to open Disney Plus to stream.

If you run into issues with streaming, first make sure your VPN is up and running on its encrypted IP address. Double-check that you've followed installation instructions correctly and you've picked the right geographical area for viewing. If you still encounter connection problems, you may need to reboot your device. Close all apps and windows, restart your device and connect to your VPN first. Note that some streaming services have restrictions on VPN access.

Who would have thought facilitating payments for Beanie Baby trades could be so lucrative? The only acquisition on our list whose value we can precisely measure, eBay spun off PayPal into a stand-alone public company in July 2015. Its value at the time? A cool 31x what eBay paid in 2002.

It has been tragic before, famously with AOL-Time Warner and recently being tried with Comcast, NBCUniversal, and AT&T-Time Warner. But Disney has to compete against digital disruptors like Netflix who have successfully built their own distribution and content in-house.

So here we are, one week after the ambitious launch of Disney Plus, where Disney will try to attempt the multi year mission to do just that. Transform their business, not just to make great content and capitalize on the intellectual property through parks, licensing, and merchandise, but to be the distribution of that content as well, directly to consumers.

Dan: Probably one of the best parallel is people developing platforms. One of the things that Uber realized really early on was the fact that they were on so many phones, gave them an opportunity to sell more to clients.

David: All right, before we get into history and facts, I just want to set the stage for everyone so that listeners are on the same page. All of the deals and acquisitions going back to Capital Cities, ABC, ESPN in 1995 have set the stage for this momentous launch of Disney Plus.

This is a man, Bob Iger, who has worked for every year of his life except one, his very first year out of college. He was a weatherman in Ithaca, New York for a local TV station. Except for that one year, he has worked for the Walt Disney company in one form or another, for the same company, 45 years, the last 14 of which have been a CEO of the company. He literally started at the bottom.

Bob was not a great student in high school, but he was a hard worker. He went to Ithaca College for college and he worked his way through school working at the local Pizza Hut. To this day, famously, Bob does not eat any carbohydrates except for pizza. He loves pizza.

It was his dream in high school to become a network news anchorman. He wanted to be like Dan Rather, Peter Jennings and the like, so when he graduated in 1973 from Ithaca with a degree in television and radio, he worked briefly as a weatherman for the local cable TV station there. He was not particularly talented on that side of the camera, unfortunately, but we all have strengths and weaknesses. Fortunately, though, does not take Bob long to figure this out.

In 1974 the next year after he graduates, he gives up on the dream of being in front of the camera, moves behind the camera, and he also moves back closer to home to New York City where he joins ABC, which then was an independent company, just ABC, at the bottom. He was basically a gofer on television sets for soap operas, game shows, he was cleaning the sets, fixing them up, getting there at 4:00 in the morning, getting ready for a recording, all of the stuff, for $150 a week.
